Moerin - Outside Rain's hotel room
Moerin couldn't help by giggle at Anno's reaction. She was so easy to fluster... And so adorable when she was flustered too. If she was any bolder, she would've gave her a pat on the backside as a follow up, but that would just make things awkward.
"Heeey... SPEAK YOUR WI- ...Oh wow, she's right~ That is a cute butt, nyahah~"
Unheard by either of them, Moerin's sandy stalker seemed to have given up on her cause for now and had simply resigned herself to ogling Anno's posterier... And Moerin's too. She wasn't exactly picky, after all.
Soon enough, Rain exited her room, and Moerin tried to keep a straight face. She was still wearing that embarrassing outfit... What was she even thinking?
"Um, hey, Rain," she said, trying her best not to laugh, and not doing a particularly good job of it. "Nice, um... Nice outfit, eheh..." ...She needed to change the subject, and fast. "So, um, museum time?"
Raiko - Museum
"It's a dump, that's what it is," Raiko glared at Lili, looking almost offended at the fact that she had dared to try talking to her. "And I'm sure if I was dreaming, things would be much more interesting."
With a flick of her hand, Raiko's silky hair fluttered about, the dyed-locks swaying in a manner that made it clear that she was showing off. Of course, she felt she was more interesting and valuable than anything contained in any museum, so she had to show off a little.
"Everything contained within these walls... Their combined worth would only equal a small fraction of my own. For in this world there can only be one perfect human being, one who will inherit the world..." Finally showing a smile after scowling so much, the arrogant girl finished her introduction. "Yagami, Raiko. Spelt with the characters for "Eight Gods" and "Thunder Child". Enscribe my name to your memory, for it is my destiny to stand above all humans as the ultimate existence."

I actually know more about Mighty Morphin' than I do about Zyuranger anyways, since that's not one of the sentai I've actually seen. ^^; From what I've heard it's supposed to be one of the more average seasons anyways. I'll always think of Power Rangers first when I see those suits anyways, even if it's partially due to nostalgia.
And hey, I honestly think this could be a good thing, since it means we'll have different experiences and ideas to bring to the table. Really looking forward to this now. ^_^

Besides, if I do go for a second character I could always just go for my original character choice and make him one of the New Avengers. I mean, I partially want to use him because he's a teenager and doesn't try to maintain a secret identity so he'd work on that team, partially because he's a pretty cool guy, partially because he has fun powers...
...But mostly because he kicks people with a rocket-propelled drill leg. Which is amazing.

A lot of them are either major villains (like Magneto, Doom, Apocalypse, etc.) which I'd feel uncomfortable playing as due to how, well, major they are, or just have plain tricky to pull off playstyles (Mysterio, Arcade) that I have little confidence of being able to pull off.
...Also, there's Squirrel Girl and she is pretty OP so yeah.

I like Marvel and DC about equally although for different reasons, but I'm in the same boat as Gowi in that I tend to find more inspiration with DC characters.

Well I like her, at least.
Whilst it's a nice, interesting idea, it doesn't quite work in this setting unfortunately. But hopefully you'll find somewhere to utilize it at some point.
As for fruit themed magical girls, that kind of already exists in the form of Fresh Precure... About a dance group with fruit themed powers. Note that this was a few years before Gaim; Toei just love to reuse themes it seems. XD

Ah, I see...
Me and Lost Cause are both pretty big toku fans, although I think we both were also fans of the original Power Rangers when it came out. XD Personally I'm fine with Power Rangers and in fact welcome most changes it makes from the original sentai (it's kind of boring when they just do a straight adaptation, after all; I think it's much better if they try and tell their own story). But that might lead to us looking at things from different viewpoints from time to time, although hopefully it'll be in a mostly positive way.
...I'm more of a Kamen Rider fan anyways, and I'll admit that I loved the American adaptation of Ryuki (Dragon Knight) more than Ryuki, so I'm not going to give you a hard time about anything at least. XD
