And then you wake up because sadly that can only exist in the land of dreams.

I'm really not a dog person (crippling cynophobia will do that to you) but I would protect Pombon with my life.

She's a Praetorian, but yeah, I guess that makes sense. Although I'm probably just going to ignore the mutants in general until Grothnor actually gives the go ahead for them.
Yeah, um... I kind of think that our first encounter should really be set up by the GM, since otherwise it kind of comes off as though you're trying to rush things. ^^;

...And it's making it difficult for me to figure out how to make a post that makes sense right now, too. Hurm.
I'll try and post once I figure out a way to stretch out "Eilidh is sitting out of the fight because her ring is almost out of charge due to the journey back to Earth" into a decent sized post. ^^;

I guess she can save showing off for next time.

Chain-axes: because secretly everyone wants to be a battle-lumberjack.

LEAPING FROM TREE TO TR-Okay I'll stop.
Ordering the Blank to check on the Psyker? Oh my, this will be... Interesting, to say the least.

...But it will have to wait until tomorrow since it's 03:40 right now. ^^;
I am not sure if I am overplaying how draconian the Praetorian officers are supposed to be. Hopefully I'm not going too far. ^^;
Trooper Alexis Radclyffe - Lifepod

It took a few moments for her to regain her balance after the rough ride to the surface, but the trooper in the immaculate red tunic got to her feet as soon as she possibly could. She was a woman of Praetoria, after all, and were she to show tardiness or, even worse, were such a thing to cause her to lose consciousness, it would be an insult to her regiment. That and it would probably result in a beating.

Immediately upon getting to her feet, the first thing Trooper Radclyffe did (well, second thing; the first thing she really did was dust off her uniform) was click her heels together and salute the Interrogator. As a member of the Holy Orders of the Emperor's Inquisition, he was the highest ranking person in the pod and thus the one she should address first and foremost.

"Sir! It would take more than that to kill one of the Praetorian 39th, sir!" She barked, before standing at ease. "At ease" being a relative term, as there was still a general stiffness in her posture developed from the beatings earned from the several times she was too at ease. "The Emperor smiles on us today, sir! May I suggest we scout the perimeter and set up base camp, sir!?"
Looking at it, the only real similarities between Excalibur and my idea are that they both have magic swords and an armoured form, although mine is more than capable of fighting unarmoured and usually saves that for any tougher enemies she might face. The main gist of the ideas I had were that she was a legacy hero (there have been several like her in the past, and she is only the latest to take on the title and responsibilities she bears), her major motif was Lovecraftian stuff and... I guess she was veering a little bit towards being something of a cross between Dr. Strange (only less powerful and with more defined limits to her powers and abilities; this was also part of the reason I wanted to go with the library idea) and the hero of a Japanese live-action show called Garo.

I really did like this idea and I really hope I can work it out. It's just taking me a little while because I like to take my time writing up characters to ensure I get the best possible results, I guess. ^^;
Um... Enchanted warrior, kind of based on tokusatsu shows a little... I've had the idea since I posted in the interest check too. >.<
So I had a random idea and I'm not sure if it would be allowed or not so I'm just going to ask about it.

Basically, the idea I had for my character was that she was the latest in a long line of magic knights (of which there are only one of at any given time) whose main purpose is to protect humanity from Lovecraftian, eldritch nastiness. And I started to think about how a lot of the time such things seem to sprout from forbidden lore and ancient texts (the Necronomicon being the one that should spring to mind immediately) as well as ancient artifacts of doom and, well... I was kind of wondering if it would be okay for her to also technically be the guardian for some kind of pocket dimension that acts as a library and general storage area for such things. Would it? I can probably work stuff out if not, but I thought it was a pretty cool idea and just wanted to see if I could go for it. ^^;
