Apocrypha!Jack is a bad example, too, because the mystery was never solved and there is no account of who Jack actually was. For all we know Jack could've actually been a homeless orphan girl. Which she is in the Nasuverse, so yeah.

Most Fate RPs I've seen have you pair up your Master with someone else's Servant. Since otherwise you just end up RPing with yourself for most of the time. XD
I'm... Kind of going to have to disagree with you, since doing it like that just wouldn't feel like a Fate thing to me. PvP isn't something I usually go for either, but Fate is one of the things I'm willing to make an exception for.
