Riders haven't been cyborgs for a loooong time. XD Let's see, currently we have: Flying trains and demonic possession (Den-O), USBs containing the memories of the planet (Skull, from Double), animal-themed medallions created by an evil alchemist king 500 years ago (OOO), a fully man-made suit of power armour powered by magical coins (Birth, also from OOO), magical fruit locks (Kurokage, from Gaim), powers granted from a contract with a monster that lives in the world behind the mirrors (Zolda, from Ryuki), oni who use the powers of sound/music to fight (Torodoki, from Hibiki)... I can't remember what other ones there were off the top of my head. ^^; Suffice to say, Kamen Rider is weird.
