So... This took entirely too long. ^^;

• Character You Would Like to Play: Kamen Rider Double (left half)
• Real Name: Shinobu Hidari
• Canon or OC: OC
• Character Alignment: Hero
• Appearance/Costume: Shinobu and Kamen Rider Double (CycloneJoker form).
• Origin/History of Your Character: A Japanese immigrant whose family moved to Gotham whilst she was still young. As a child, she witnessed a mysterious white-suited detective with an amazing hat fighting off a spider monster to protect a crowd of people, and from that moment vowed that she would be just like him; a hardboiled detective who refused to let anyone make her city cry. As she grew up, she eventually met the detective once more. His name was Sokichi Narumi, and he was on the trail of a mysterious organization known only as "the Museum" who had been dealing unrefined Gaia Memories, fragments of the planet's memories that allowed the user to transform into monsters known as Dopants and had an intoxicating effect when used unfiltered, to the people of Gotham. Using his own, refined Gaia Memory, Sokichi was able to transform into the superpowered detective Kamen Rider Skull, and waged war against not only the Museum but the criminal underbelly of Gotham and anyone else who would dare make his city cry; when faced with a villain he would always tell them to "count up your sins", a habit that Shinobu quickly picked up from him.
Taking Shinobu on as his protege, Skull taught her how to fight, and the ways of the hardboiled detective. However, tragedy struck when the two detectives infiltrated an island laboratory run by the Museum. Whilst they succeeded in their mission, rescuing the mysterious nameless girl who Sokichi had decided to name "Jane" and liberating the Double Drivers and a set of refined Gaia Memories from the facility, Sokichi was gunned down and died in Shinobu's arms. After transforming into Double for the first time, the two girls escaped and made their way back to the Narumi Detective Agency. Setting up shop as a pair of detectives specializing in cases involving metahumans, they were soon joined by Sokichi's daughter Akiko, who proclaimed herself to be the chief of the agency (Shinobu has learned it's best not to argue with this) and later by Ryu Terui, one of the few non-corrupt cops in Gotham, who transforms into Kamen Rider Accel.
• Powers and Abilities: A private detective, with all the skills one would expect from one, such as information gathering and deductive reasoning; she is especially skilled at solving cases that involves metahumans (as well as lost pet cases, but she's less likely to brag about those). In addition, she is a somewhat skilled fighter, easily able to hold her own against henchmen and low powered supers in a fist fight without needing to transform.
• Weapons:
•• Double Driver: A transformation belt designed to work alongside the Gaia Memories. By using it, Shinobu and Jane combine to form Kamen Rider Double. Most of the time, this involves Jane's consciousness combining with Shinobu's body, although the opposite happens if they are using Jane's Fang Memory. In all forms, Double's physical capabilities are boosted to superhuman levels, although they are still somewhat on the lower end of the superpower spectrum. At the very least, they are all immune to small arms fire.
•• Gaia Memories: Shinobu has in her possession three Gaia Memories, the distilled essence of one of the planet's collective memories in the form of USBs, which she uses in conjunction with Jane's Memories to transform into Double's different forms. Whilst Jane's define which element Double is using, Shinobu's define physical parameters and weapons. Her three Memories are Joker (her default black Memory, representing the "trump card"; using this Memory she fights unarmed, and its innate ability is to raise her fighting skills and potential), Metal (the silver staff-armed Memory, with the innate ability to raise her defences and strength at the expense of speed and agility) and Trigger (the blue gun-armed Memory, which turns her into an expert marksman). By inserting any of these Memories into the Maximum Slot of the Double Driver whilst the respective form is in use, she can execute a powerful finishing move known as a Maximum Drive which varies depending on which Memory combination she is using.
•• HardBoilder: Double's motorcycle (Kamen Rider, after all). It is modular in design, and is able to swap out the back section for either flight or aquatic transport.
•• RevolGarry: A combination mobile garage and Batmobile, which stores the alternate back sections for the HardBoilder.
•• Memory Gadgets: Three animal themed gadgets that Shinobu uses mostly whilst untransformed. They are the Stag Phone, Spider Shock watch and the Bat Shot camera.
• Supporting Cast:
•• Jane: Shinobu's partner, and the right-half of Double. Covered in more detail in her own character sheet.
•• Akiko Nerumi: Current chief of the Narumi Detective Agency, and daughter of the former chief Sokichi. A hot-tempered young woman who has inherited
•• Ryu Terui/Kamen Rider Accel: A member of the Gotham police force and one of the very few non-corrupt cops in the city. Using his own Gaia Memory, he transforms into the motorcycle-themed Kamen Rider Accel. Works alongside Double on several cases (begrudgingly at first, but he's grown to respect the two of them) whilst trying to find the man who killed his family. Is in the beginnings of a romantic relationship with Akiko.
•• Renee Montoya/The Question: Another masked detective who operates in Gotham, who acts as a friendly rival to Shinobu. They may or may not have had a fling in the past.
• Other: Despite her attempts to act hardboiled, Shinobu isn't very good at it, often being mocked as "half-boiled" by her friends. She has inherited a rather extensive collection of fedoras from her late boss, as well as the Batcave-like secret base underneath the Nerumi Detecive Agency. She's heard of Batman, but she has yet to meet the Dark Knight personally.
