Take him from the first anime rather than the manga/Brotherhood, and change the events of Conqueror of Shamballa so that he ends up in the modern day rather than pre-WWII and the villains were HYDRA rather than the Thule Society? And just say that his alchemy still works in this world because there's plenty of magic anyways. XD

She is a female Chaos Dwarf who was considered ugly by her people! Thus explaining the lack of a beard and the fact that she is a cute girl!
