Still interested, just haven't had much chance to post. Although the site being down for two days didn't help in that matter. ^^;
So yeah, ended up just rushing it and half-assing a post because I really needed to make one. ^^; Hopefully it's okay though.

"'m... The strongest... My power is... Maximum..."
As Jake Starr yelled out as he entered the room, the teenage Saiyan girl in the corner was broken out of her na- meditation. She was definitely meditating. And she hadn't been snoring, as that was obviously a mantra intended to sharpen her mind for the upcoming fight. The important part was, she wasn't sleeping. Definitely not. She was clearly meditating. There's a difference.
"Alright, let's do this!" Chikori shouted enthusiastically, leaping to her feet and boxing the air, excited that she'd finally be able to prove just how strong she really is... And then her enthusiasm died down a bit when she realized she had to sit through two fights before she got her chance. "Aw man... And my opponent's hair looks stupid, too! My fight's gonna look dumb..."
Sighing, Chikori sat back in the corner. At least this Coco girl seemed to be a Saiyan like her, so at least she'd be able to prove she's not a runt... Unless Coco was a runt too, in which case... But that couldn't be true! Like her, she was a Saiyan, a member of a mighty warrior race! Her parents had taught her all about the strength of the Saiyan race, and how they were once brought to near-extinction because someone feared that strength. So Coco should be a worthy opponent, no matter how ridiculous her hair looked. Still... That hair... This wasn't going to be the epic battle she'd been looking forward to. At least the first round should be easy enough to get through... And then, once she got to the finals, she would prove just how strong she really was! She'd achieve her dream of showing that she's not just a runt, and that she could be as strong as the legendary Super Saiyan, or even (dare she say) that greatest and mightiest of all Earth's champions, the unbeatable Mr. Satan!

Ooh, interest... Just need to decide between a race of ray gun and giant robot equipped noble warriors, or some kind of mystical magitek civilization I guess. Hmmm.
This is supposedly based more on Dragonball than DBZ, and it was kind of a big deal when someone could fly in that (bukujutsu wasn't even introduced until Tenshinhan showed up, and Goku and Krillin didn't even learn it until the very last arc of DB), so I assume that is part of the reason why it's not so readily available here.
Also I am really, really sorry I haven't posted yet. ^^; Been really busy and whenever I get the chance to sit down and post always seems to be when the site doesn't want to work. Sorry. ^^;

Looking at the front page, Mahz seems to be really working to fix that now so hopefully things will run a lot smoother in the new year.
