He means Worms, as in the monsters from Kamen Rider Kabuto (one of their gimmicks is that they can move at relativistic speeds, which is why the Kabuto Riders needed ridiculous speed to compensate). Um... Isn't that what he's supposed to be? The picture outright states that it's a Worm, after all.
