I mean, I don't think it's a bad idea aside from a couple of things that have been pointed out, but... Maybe it's just me, but I think he'd work better as a tragic villain rather than as a superhero. But again, might just be how I see it. I don't see any problems with having a crocodile-man on a superteam, I've seen far weirder things after all, he just seems a bit too... Feral seems the best word, I guess.
