I will admit that Wakana is partially based on Kamen Rider Hibiki, yes. XD I dunno, my original idea fell flat and I decided to rethink the whole thing to make a more unique seeming character, and I was listening to my music on random and the Hibiki OP came up. It just kind of clicked from that point, and then I had the random idea to make her blind, and... Yeah. XD

...At the start of your posts and you'll be able to keep track of things easily. And to be honest, um... Every RP I've been in that used the multiple threads model kind of died really quickly. And I've been RPing for a long time now. The headers solution has always been the best one in my experience.

...Also, on an unrelated topic, um... Yog, could you maybe not put embedded Youtube into your sig? It makes the page load really slow when people do that, and I'm not sure why you can't just make it a regular link.

Um... Am I the only one who doesn't like the idea of using seperate threads for each teams missions? It means we have to follow at least four threads to know what's going on with everyone, in addition to making crossover between the teams more difficult.

Honestly think it'd be better if we kept everything in one thread, and just put headers at the start of our posts noting our character's name, team and location. That always seems to work out better than spreading everything over multiple threads.

General Information
• Name: Hibiki Wakana
• Age: 15
• Gender: Female
• Physical Appearance: Whee~ She's rather short, standing at about 140cm/4'7".
• Clothing/Accessories: See above.

• Personality: A hardworking kunoichi with a strong set of ethics, especially when it comes to training. It seems like her favourite thing in the world is training to improve her skills, and most of her free time is spent honing her abilities as best as she can. Due to this, she is usually rather confident, as she feels that any obstacle can be overcome with enough hard work, effort and guts. She tries to maintain a positive air about her, and whilst she is serious about her ninja training she can be a little playful at times, and tries to see the best in others. However, one thing that irritates her is people who try to treat her differently from others due to her blindness, whether they be those who try to coddle and protect such a weak thing or those who look down on her abilities just because one of her senses is cut off. Those who do so will quickly be made to eat their words as soon as she shows off just what her constant training has achieved. For rather obvious reasons, she's not entirely fond of overly loud people either, prefering calmer, quieter company.

• Brief History: Born to the sightless Hibiki clan, Wakana has spent her entire life training to both compensate for her disability and hone the innate talents of her clan. She's what you'd call a Genius of Hard Work, seeing how much she has already progressed through training. Even though her parents tried to drill a good work ethic into her head, even they were surprised with just how diligently she took to it, and naturally she graduated near the top of her class due to the sheer amount of hard work she put in.

• Skills/Specialization:
•• Taijutsu - Ongeki Da: Wakana practices a special form of taijutsu named Ongeki Da ("Sound Attack Stroke"), created by the Hibiki clan in order to both compensate for their lack of vision and utilise their special affinity for sound. The physical aspects of this fighting style are mostly centered around using her taiko drumsticks as club-like weapons, rhythmically beating her enemies in a way that almost seems like she's playing a drum solo. Despite using clubs as its primary weapon, it is not a martial art that focuses on brute force; instead, it focuses on both rhythm and control, manipulating both sound and chakra alongside each physical blow to create a powerful, harmonious blows.

•• Regular Taijutsu: Wakana is also rather skilled in more conventional forms of taijutsu, prefering softer styles akin to tai chi and judo to harder styles like kung fu or karate. The gentle, flowing movements seem to work much better with her affinities.

•• Immunity to Vision-based Abilities: For obvious reasons, any ability or jutsu that involves manipulating vision or eye contact will not work on Wakana.

• Tools/Weaponry: In addition to the standard kunai and shuriken ninjas carry, Wakana is also equipped with a pair of taiko drumsticks which are specially made for conducting chakra.

Jutsu Information
• Bloodline: Kiyomeru Oto ("Pure Sound") - Every member of the Hibiki clan is born blind. Unable to see conventionally, they instead rely on their other senses, all honed to superhuman levels. Predominantly above all these is their sense of hearing, which has been honed to the point that even an untrained Hibiki can hear a pin drop in a crowded street from several meters away. Wakana, of course, has put a lot of hard work into training, resulting in her having some of the keenest senses in all of Konoha; naturally, her sense of hearing is almost peerless. Due to this, she is able to "see" via echocommunication and as such is not really hindered at all but her lack of vision. In addition to her senses, as a Hibiki she has a special affinity for sound in general; the most notable effect is that it allows her to filter out noise so as not to be overwhelmed by hearing so much. She is also able to use sound as a medium for channeling chakra; whilst loud, discordant noises are too chaotic to use for these purposes, more melodic and controlled sound can be used to increase the power of both her physical attacks and jutsus. It is for this reason that her Ongeki Da style of taijutsu seems like a cross between an actual martial art and a musical performance.
Kiyomeru Oto's greatest strength is also its most crippling weakness, however; as Wakana's hearing is so sensitive, a loud enough noise can very easily disorientate her. Whilst she is able to filter out unwanted sound most of the time, if it is loud enough or if it takes her by surprise it will leave her in rather a lot of pain.

• Jutsu: Naturally, Wakana knows the standard shadow clone, substitution and transformation jutsus.

•• C-Rank - Ongeki Da: Hajikeru Uta: (Sound Attack Stroke: Bursting Song) Channeling chakra into her drumsticks (causing them to glow slightly), this increases the volume of any impact they make. Not only that, but the volume increases exponentially for each strike Wakana makes. As the volume increases, so too does the power of her blows, building up from a light strike to a pounding assault capable of shattering boulders with a single hit. However, even with all her training fifteen blows (culminating in the effect noted above) is all Wakana is capable of withstanding right now. Were she to try and do more than that, not only would the sound begin to cause her intense pain but the sound vibrations would most likely shatter her drumsticks.
