Levi Asher

Nickname: Gender: Male Age: 24 Brief Personality: With an outgoing and caring nature especially towards the younger students, Levi appears to be a perfect candidate as a future teacher at Riverwood. Wanting to make an inclusive place he works hard in making sure those around him are feeling comfortable at the school and is often seen talking to anyone and everyone in hopes of making sure people don't feel left out knowing far too well that the journey to Riverwood is rarely a pleasant one. Even though he is seen by all of the students and two-thirds of the staff as a charismatic person, there is something more to him that makes it seem otherwise. For the most part he has been able to keep the other side of him at bay but his resistance has been slowly chipping away and how long it can stay that way is unsure. Ability: Technological communication Limits to Ability: Keith’s power is continually on and can be a distraction when he doesn't want to use his power. Not being able to turn his power off can be problematic especially if he is overloaded with information which is one reason he avoids large cities. Age admitted into Riverwood: 20 Background: Growing up in a small town, Levi's life was quite average living in a single parent household along with his older brother of three years. But the life of normality changed after the first time the X21 gene made an appearance while Levi's father was away. Levi was thirteen the first time he saw his brother's and making a vow of silence, neither told anyone of Jordan's ability. With such a mundane and easily concealed ability Jordan probably could have lived a normal life. However the X21 gene wasn't as kind to Levi. Found only months after his powers started to manifest at the age of fifteen, the brothers were taken in by the X Force after an unfortunate accident caused by Levi's ability. It was during their fourth year that a rumour started to circulate that a doctor freed a group tothat was held captive on the other side of the facility. Although unsure of the outcome it gave the brothers and those they were with hope. Even with the elevated security and harsher treatment since the incident with the escapees they were determined to get out. The escape wasn’t an easy trial and many were detained if not killed on the spot and during the chaos Levi was separated from Jordan. Ending up with two other teens after the escape the trio tried to find a save haven but were too late for one of them, passing away a week before Riverwood took them in. In critical condition when found, Levi spent most of the first few month in the infirmary which was when some of the staff first witnessed Levi's other personality. Taking a few extra classes to catch up with his peers, Levi has pretty much finished the courses taught for the education portion and has even been given an opportunity to be an assistant teacher while finishing up classes to help him with his abilities with a future opportunity to be promoted to a teacher once all of his education is finished but at this point has refused the position. Other: Levi believes that his brother is alive but with the ability to nullify other abilities Jordan hasn't been found. That is if he is alive.

Mia

Nickname: Lucy (based of the movie Fifty First Dates) Gender: Female Age: Estimated around 14 Brief Personality: Often very reserved if not bordering fearful after a mind wipe, Mia is usually very cautious as she tries to figure out where she is and tries to come to terms of loosing her memory. She can be quite sarcastic and sharp with her words but it is more often than not used as a defense mechanism to mask her fear or to make sure she doesn't come across as needy than actually being short tempered as she can sometimes be perceived of being. She is usually more open once she is more comfortable and finds someone she can trust. Ability: Adoptive muscle memory, enhanced reflexes and strength Limits to Ability: About every two or three weeks Mia looses her memory of what has happened since her last memory wipe after waking up in the morning. What she has learned during that time is retained but everything else from how she learned it even to who she is becomes lost to her. She is currently trying to extend this time but hasn't gotten too far on it as of yet. Age admitted into Riverwood: 13 Background: Due to her constant mind wipes no one is really sure who or where Mia came from before she was found and with the unsuccessful attempts to pry into her past with different abilities of teachers and students it is very unlikely for her to ever find out. All everyone knows about her is that she was found wandering the streets of New York with no plan or direction after a recent mind wipe, much less her own name. Coming up with a name for herself off a shop's name close to where she was found, she has been know by Mia since then. Other: She is often found with a camera strapped to her wrist and is often found filming diary entries for the next time her memory goes away or watching previous entries. She has a tendency to ask Allison and others with similar powers if they know her past after a memory wipe but nothing could ever be found before the most recent wipe.
