My character threatened John that he could make him feel like he is burning alive with his illusions as a warning to keep him in line around the new students but no real fire or anything (though just as painful).
Yeah, I feel like it's still a little too OP, also I would like to leave enough space so that if someone would want to have a character with super strength they wouldn't be overshadowed by your power.

EDIT: It looks like you posted while I was typing this out. It's looking good so far but your superpower section is a little too overpowered for this roleplay. Do you think you could limit your powers to just one instead of four different powers. It might be a good idea to check out the interest check or the character sheets already posted so you can get a general idea.
Wow, if this continues I might have to put an end to my no limit policy. I wasn't expecting so many people to take interest in this in the interest check and as I usually do, thought that about half the people that stated their interest and disappear but the OOC hasn't even been up a full day yet and we already have eight sheets posted here.
Whoops, I must have missed that in your original post while scanning through the thread earlier today on my phone. Lugubrious has a good list that you could use also, here's a small snippet from a word document with a list of powers I've been building if you(or anyone else) could use.
-Enhanced strength/durability
-Illusionist- able to fool the fire senses of the target at the cost of being influenced at the same degree as well.
-Empathy- able to feel the emotion of other people in a ten foot radius but unable to distinguish between different people until level 3. Able to pass their own emotion to others through skin contact (constantly on).
-Elasticity- arms and legs gains an elastic component allowing them to bend and stretch further than humanly possible. The longer the appendage is stretched, the thinner the appendage become making it more flexible but harder to keep ridged. Still able to feel pain in appendages as a normal person and able to get cut.
-Arborkinesis- since affected by the serum, able to secrete ~~~ (chemical component or something else that allows a plant to grow- research later on) allowing the person to be able to speed the growth and manipulate plants of all kinds by touch. Properties of the plant cannot be changed (vine type of plants will be more flexible than the more durable oak tree)

Oh and just so you all know I added implemented a new rule for the IC since I didn't think things would get this busy and this many people in so short of a time period.

A small smile crept on Laele's lips as she heard the echoing of the other woman's voice. As much as the woman fought, there would be no escape for her nor for the other prisoners. Dropping the girl a little harshly on the ground, Laele checked for any weapons or tools that could be used by the girl to escape. After thoroughly checking the girl, Laele quickly locked the girl up while keeping a watchful eye on the dwarf. It didn't take long before Haelerin arrived with the older woman and keeping the gate open, she waited until her fellow drow came back.
"Let's bring the male now." Laele said as she walked back to where Straw and the unconscious man was still laying on the ground.

Orin listened to everything that took place and as the drows approached, the dwarf laid down so that he wouldn't cause any suspicion from the drows. Watching through half-closed eyelids, Orin watched as two imprisoned women were locked up with him. From what he had gathered from the drows, there would be one more joining the three of them. If they were able to find a way to escape, they might have the opportunity to fight off the drows together.

If you can write up a good weakness I'll be fine with this power. However, I don't know if Rarities has started a character sheet yet or not so I want to check that first. If a sheet hasn't been started yet I'll be fine with it.

What is your plans for your character's weaknesses? Depending on what Collector of Rarities is planning, weaponry might not work since s/he was planing on either using item proficiency or electrokinesis. It might be a good idea and see what Collector of Rarities is planing or if you like I can pm him/her for you.
