I am a Japanese-American (half-Japanese on my mother's side) with a twin half-sister. Yes, you read that right. To explain it real quick, during mom's monthly, she dropped 2 eggs instead of 1 after 2 (or more) guys took her to bed. Each egg was impregnated by a different man's sperm.
Anyways, I'm a kind guy who really hates fighting. However, if I have to stop a fight, whether verbal or physical, I will. I'm here to have fun and be crazy with my OCs, new characters and even some canons. So far, my favorite RP I've been in on the site is the Multiverse reboot. As a whole, the Multiverse was 6 years old. I love the idea and have even used it (with a few minor changes here and there) for a few LARPs with my local friends RL.
Other than RP, I am also a Wiccan Witch following the path of Gaia and a hypnotist studying the varying effects of hypnosis on various age groups and am always taking willing volunteers.

You were scrolling around the guild as usual when you saw this RP. Deciding to check it out, you filled out a CS and got accepted. However, a strange thing happened; your screen turned completely white and a strange force pulled you in. You would feel yourself falling before finally hitting something solid.

@Double A Guymelef is not nearly as large as anything in the Gundam-verse or the Eva units from Neon Genesis Evangeleon. Not to mention, it can't do space travel.

Character Sheet
Name: Maxwell Kilimal
Appearance:
Bio: Max was born in a world known as Gaea. Being half-elf, he was exiled from the elven forests and never felt truly accepted in any human settlement. At least, not until he got to pilot his own Guymelef. Like most others, his was made of steel with gold trim and a cape with his emblem. Unlike the red, blue, or green of the rest of the soldiers, however, his cape was a golden yellow, showing his slightly higher status (because of his multiple times accidentally saving the princesses) and his uniqueness. Then came the war. Prince Van had traveled to the Mystic Moon (Earth) and killed a dragon! And then had brought a girl back with him. With the heart of the dragon, Van awoke Escaflowne and became its pilot. With Escaflowne, Van ended the war, beat the bad guy, saved the princesses, and sent the girl home. Then something strange happened: small, black creatures with big, yellow eyes began popping up here and there. They weren't very strong individually but rarely did you see less than 10. A few stories proved only magic could hurt them, making the average Guymelef useless against them.
Then Max got trapped alone. He began trying to fight them with his fists, which proved to be just as useless as anything else without magic. Just as he was about to punch another one that leaped for him, a strange weapon appeared in his hand: a sword in the shape of a key. It appeared to be a normal rapier, despite the guard surrounding the handle on both sides instead if just the front, with a gold scarf surrounding the blade and flowing off the back at the tip, a scarf with his emblem on it. With the new weapon, he easily defeated the beasts, dubbed Shadows by King Van. With more practice and experimenting, he figured out he could wield the keyblade while in his Guymelef, the weapon growing to match the size of the armor.
Age: 24
Skills: Proficient with swordplay, archery, spellcasting, piloting his Guymelef, and being is the right place at the right time.
Personality: Max is a rather down-to-earth kind of guy. He's not easily angered or depressed unless there's already something bugging him. He's loyal to a fault after loyalty is earned.
World Sheet

Summary of History: After the recent war ended, thanks to Van Fanel, who was later made King, there was a year of peace before small, black creatures started popping up in groups of about 10. Not much was known but what was told from the stories of the survivors. It was quickly found out that anyone killed by these creatures would become one and only magic or enchanted weapons could do any damage to them, as far as they saw. Then came one hero with a strange weapon, one that could nearly kill them instantly.
Important Nations (Great Powers, etc.): The Zaibach Empire, The Country of Fanelia
Overall Technology Level: Mostly medieval except for the Guymelefs.

Rockin' reacted as soon as he saw the man aim for the glass a second time. Galloping as fast as he could, he aimed to knock the stranger to the ground. Unless he failed to do so, he would stand on top of the man, his horn glowing. It was at that moment he realized he didn't have his wings. He didn't have the strength or the weight to keep the person down. He needed help. Looking around the room, he saw Vaughter. "Help!" he shouted, knowing he could get thrown off at any second.

@Letter Bee Then I'll start on my CS tomorrow.
Amahagane, a mythical stone, bestowed upon people by Shukenten, The God of Smithery. It gives people a god-like power called Kamui. Only special people like you are able to use an Amahagane. There are also several people within the Heishi who have that ability. This is the real reason why the Heishi was able to gain such tremendous power. The precious Amahagane are mostly in the hands of the Heishi now.
It's been 25 years since Minamoto no Yoshitsune and his friends found and collected nearly all the Amahagane from the Heishi. In that time, however, many of them were lost or stolen. With Yoshitsune now leading an army and his friends with their own duties, it is now time for the next generation to adventure out, find and collect the Amahagane, and save Japan from the Heishi.
I am looking for 3 players, each able to post at least a paragraph. Each of the 4 characters will need a unique weapon or combat style.
These styles are off limits: Dual Swords, Chakram, Clubs, Double-Headed Swords.
My character will be using Dual Bladed Tonfa.

So, any world based on Earth. Does it have to be on earth specifically or can it take place in a world like Escaflowne? I have ideas for both.
