The kitten pouted slightly as she was teased in return and as a horrible pun was employed by her mistress. The thin black fur of her tail whipped around behind her and her eyes looked towards it. "My tail is still firmly attached, mistress!"

Of course, she was only responding to that to buy herself time for the next two subjects. "Mistress ... I promised last time we talked that I belong to only you like that ..." The black haired girl paused for a few seconds, then tried to steer the conversation back to something a bit more lighthearted. She wanted her mistress to have fun right now, didn't she? "And besides, I planned on relaxing by simply watching you have fun. Much easier to take care of you when you aren't being all pouty. This is my treat, dance with who you want when the music begins to play!"

Although now her eyes drifted to the much more serious matter of drinking. That had been part of trying to get her owner to enjoy herself, but she didn't want it to just go to waste. "... and um ... then what do we do with the drink, mistress?"

The dragon and Livia continued speaking back and forth, with Luna just standing by the door calmly. It was rather obvious that the dragon knew at least something that Livia knew, and that as Livia was dodging questions Sorcha was becoming increasingly angry. Fia had hoped to learn something, to try and ... speak with the beast.

Livia would feel the crimson haired fourteen year old suddenly push her arms off and watch the her sprint towards the door, grabbing the dragon's hand with her own and tugging against it in an effort to keep her in the room. Amber eyes looked up at the beast, then down towards the floorboards, with a few tears falling to the floorboards and her hand clearly shaking.

"... please ... don't ..." It was rather obvious the girl was incredibly nervous and concerned about being this close. "... you ... you have answers ..." She paused for a moment, then mumbled a few words until something coherent came out. "... been trapped and ... enslaved ... until a few weeks ago ... now am Livia's ..." The phoenix tried to gather herself, wanting to get at least a few more words in despite her timidity.

"... if there's ... any truth ... in dreams ..." Sorcha would feel the young girl's hand grip tighter, as if grabbing onto those fantasies in her mind. "... then ... you made me happy ..." Even Fia knew this was a lot for her, but the girl grabbed the same hand with her other one, trying to focus on the dragon through watering eyes.

It was as if something inside of her compelled her to speak with this dragon, to get something out of their interactions. She'd feel terrible if she let the opportunity slip so easily like previously. She had to do something this time, especially with Livia at her back. Fia didn't know if she had another chance.
@AimeChambers Alright, sorry for being absent, was just waiting for a bit more interest in this and to see the roles that filled up. Looking at the OP, optional roles are the only ones remaining, correct?
Posted. Ailsalia is scary, alright XD?

The mage heard a flat voice speak her names, and after a moment her eyes drifted upward towards the figure that stood before her. Imposing. Confident. Tall. It wasn't easy to tell if that tone had been emotionless because the girl wasn't trying to reveal anything, or simply emotionless because her new owner thought she was looking at a semi-intelligent slab of meat. And they were standing a bit too close for comfort for this entire interaction, leading to the airbender leaning backwards subconsciously.

After a few more seconds, the mage realized it was probably her turn to say something in return as she looked into those amber eyes. This was certainly the woman from her picture. "... h-hi ... can I assume you are Lady Margaux?" Most vampires seemed to prefer respect as well, right? Would that make her a little less heartless? Araceli lifted herself off the seat and gave a deep bow towards the vampire who would feast on her for the rest of her days. "How ... how do you wish for me to address you? P-please sit. If you want!"

It would be rather obvious and apparent to anyone nearby that she was terrified as she was doing her absolute best not to bolt and run away from this situation.

The kitten sighed and her ears dropped a bit as her owner was obviously getting upset in her confusion, and truthfully Maoin couldn't blame her. The kitten put her glass of water down, and pushed it towards her mistress and soon received milk from Tazia with a wink. If her owner was paying attention, she would likely either think that this was somewhat planned or that the two friends knew how to communicate.

"Mistress! Such language does not befit a lady of your status!" The kitten gave her owner a small glare then sighed, pulling slightly on her collar to draw attention to it. "I'm a pet kitten. I don't actually enjoy yelling at my owner. I vastly prefer being pampered and having you enjoy my company while I lap at milk.. ."

The kitten took a few sips of her milk, giving her mistress a serious look. "You probably came home expecting a lecture about going to classes or such. Here's all I'm going to say on that matter. Wherever you plan on going in life: acting as a noble, adventuring, being a merchant, or anything else, a degree from this institution will be useful. You're seventeen years old and I'm two years younger than you in human terms. You don't have the maturity to go into the world. I don't have it either, mistress. I'm willing to give up on the magierprinz and I'm not asking for all A's. Just try to pass your classes, mistress."

The kitten lapped at her milk a few more times, giving her mistress a look that suggested she had something else to say as well, but she wouldn't reveal what it was unless she was ordered to do so. "And mistress, can't your pet have a little fun too? I'm stressed and don't feel like cooking dinner tonight."

Fia's eyes widened as she listened to Sorcha. She'd lived ... many lives? Is that what was going on? And what did she mean, share a similar lifespan? To a dragon?

Either way, the dragon's voice was starting to become more and more frustrated and angry, and the phoenix didn't like it. She pressed further into Livia, as if seeking to hide. How was she supposed to respond to this? Had she failed this dragon? Her body shook slightly as she tried to respond appropriately.

"... I ... I ... don't know ... were we more ...?" The crimson's girl's amber eyes looked towards the ground. "... when that life of mine ... what do you mean ...?" It would become very apparent to the dragon that this girl was pretty clueless.

The white tigress after waiting a second shrugged and walked off to retrieve the pair's drinks as the noble lady asked her questions to her kitten. The cat simply looked up at her mistress, noticing she was seeming ... a little uncomfortable as she shifted slightly. After a year of serving her, Maoin had learned many of her owner's mannerisms and it was easy to tell that she was wondering what was going on.

"Yes mistress, is something bothering you?" The kitten blinked a few times innocently and tilted her head, as if confused. Then suddenly she started talking about dancing as new drinks were placed down by her friend before she left again.

"In an hour musicians will come and the dancing will start ..." A brief look around revealed more than one pleasant looking girl and more than one handsome lad at the other tables, along with several rather cute and fierce familiars. "... and it seems like there's a few people worth enjoying their company at home, mistress."

A second later, Maoin leaned forward in her chair, pushing her lady's mug into her hands as she took a sip of water out of her own.

Fia looked towards the door as Luna knocked on it and then looked back towards the ground, shifting nervously as she waited for what happened next. Livia started with polite conversation, but the dragon ... seemed a little peeved, at a minimum. She was constantly snarling and it would be easy to tell the attitude was making Fia a little nervous at best.

Fia's eyes shifted across the desk nervously, as if her ambers were examining the papers on top of it. The question didn't seem to hostile, but it made the phoenix raise a question of her own. "... remember ...?" She'd seen Sorcha before, yes, but those were just dreams, right? But remember ... implied that those things had actually somewhat occurred. The Phoenix looked at Livia for a moment before realizing that the woman wouldn't reveal anything she didn't already know.

After a short pause, the phoenix began telling Sorcha what she wanted to hear in a quiet, nervous tone that was nothing like any of the myths the dragon had encountered. "... dreams ... with you ...?" For a second the girl paused, twirling a few strands of her hair as her eyes gestured towards it. "... blue haired reflected in a pond ... taking a bath ... relaxing afterwards ..." She closed her eyes, as if trying to piece things together. Truthfully, ever since becoming Livia's familiar the dreams were both less vivid and far easier to stand. "Travels, talking ... you called me ... 'Irasacha' ... friends ...?"

"... A new companion ... a huntress ... you seem ... more mature ... now ..." For a few brief seconds, the girl paused. "... that's it ...?"

It would be hard for Livia or Sorcha to tell if that's all Fia knew as the girl seemed to be questioning it herself, but she looked up at this point with her amber eyes as if satisfied.

Araceli Accai

When Araceli arrived in the gated community dominated by Stonebrooke academy only a single word entered her mind: extravagant. Perhaps she should have gone to get dinner, but the architecture and sights around the campus were simply so distracting! The brown haired girl found herself overlooking just about everything involved in the place while her headphones played hip-hop tunes into her ears. These few pleasant hours during the day were a kind distraction from what would be happening in a few hours.

Eventually though, the student body made up of her fellow mages and the undead filtered into the open square, moonlight and lanterns allowing the humans to see in the vampire's feeding ground. It was a cheerless event for the air mage as she waited to be tied down as a slave for the next several years to what she assumed would be a terrifying entitled noble bloodsucker who could kill her at any moment by drinking a bit too much ...

However, when the princess arrived like most others the air mage was captivated. The crown, the dress, the regalia. The campus was pretty, sure, but compared to the woman delivering her speech the buildings seemed run down and as if they belonged in some sort of slum. The ruby gem in her crown shined, casting a glorious light that the air mage's eyes followed instinctively. She turned her headphones off as the woman gave out her speech about peace and excitement for the school year, and the air mage's rebellious voice was quieted Zaria's words seemed to enchant her like many of the others. As soon as she left though, Araceli blinked a few times as if she was just waking up and looked into her envelope to see who she would end up with.

Even though Araceli shook at the sight of the undead, she could see how many others might see them as some sort of ... sexy. Eternally young, finely dressed, and of course masters of the world. Many mages seemed to be somehow excited to have their life drained out of them on a daily basis.

Ailsalia though seemed just terrifying though, her hunter's gaze being captivated even in a still image. The mage concluded at that moment that she would attempt to avoid this woman as long as possible, but then wondered if that would anger her. She couldn't run. She couldn't leave. It didn't matter how far she could fly - the treaty trapped her here. Her eyes drifted towards the ground, an uncontrollable feeling of growing panic washing over her as she awaited her fate. Before she fell over, the girl found a bench to sit on and put away her headphones, trying to keep herself under control with long, deep breaths.
Typing!

"Of course not mistress! What would make you say that?" For a second the kitten put a pout on her face until a smile broke out once more, and the cat leaned her head against her owner's shoulder as the two walked together to the outdoors. If the taller girl asked any questions about what was going on, the cat would try to dodge the question or simply rub her head against her owner's shoulder.

Soon Maoin started leading her mistress down the streets away from the more expensive side of town and into Nine Dragons, a tavern priced for students belonging to the lower levels of nobility or the children of well-off but not rich merchants. Although generally clean, the dark oaken floors could not be described as spotless. There was space for about twenty tables along with a dance floor and a small raised platform probably for a group of travelling musicians that would show up later.

A certain white tigress directed the pair of them to the table, handed them menus, and asked what they would like to drink. Before her mistress could respond, Maoin made the order. "Hi Tazia ... ummm ... how about a mug of Irish ale for my mistress and a glass of water for me!" The kitten used a tone that sounded confident in what they were getting, and Maoin's friend seemed to debate waiting a second before heading off with their orders.

Fia simply pouted slightly as a hand found it's place on her head, but otherwise simply remained sitting on Livia's lap feeling relieved that she didn't seem angry and leaned her head against the headmistress' shoulder, closing her eyes as she did so waiting for Sorcha and Luna to show up. She'd move of course if Livia told her to, but this seemed to be a good throne to sit on for their meeting with Sorcha.

It'd be nice to have the next day off too! If Livia didn't go to the office, that meant that she would have no paperwork!
