Open as in no one is in it. Shizuka knows if more than one enters an elevator they'll get captured by the Alchemist. I meant is there and available elevator for Shizuka to run into.

I haven't quite read everything yet, the last I checked Shizuka accidentally triggered the Dynamo to explode and she's being judged by Iona right now. Also I mistook Hibiki for Shizuka.

That reminds me, I don't know how the resolution to CC is or where Itusko took Hibiki afterwards. She was trying to get to the blue guild to get rid of her Outlaw Declaration if I remember right, so I guess Hibiki would be there to see that?

I'm sorry for not posting for Hibiki. I just read up to recently and everything looks like a cluster fuck. I don't really know what she should be doing so I'm going to say that she leaves the festival as soon as all this fighting starts.
