Having received his key for room #066, Deuce put it in his pocket and headed there. Rather than open the door like a normal person though, Deuce decided it was too much effort. He used an illusion to make the door disappear, moved through and dispelled the illusion. Doors are for chumps, anyway.
The room itself was fairly bland, the view was decent, but not good enough to make up for the room itself. Deciding his room needed a little 'upgrade', Deuce put some illusions into place, curtains, balloons, confetti-cannons triggered by a tripwire next to the door, and some other festive decorations. Finally he created a giant, fluffy pillow on which he dropped himself. All he would have to do now was wait for his roommate to show up. His roommate would unlock the door and open it without ever suspecting anything. the door would be pushed against the tripwire and his roommate would end up with two blasts of confetti right above his face. The only way this could go wrong was if his roommate were some kind of giant, but what was the chance of that anyway?
"Now, prepare to be amazed." Deuce thought to himself as the waiting commenced.
"Love is good and all, but, uh..."
"I don't get what this knife has to do with it."
"Alright! Who's the brains behind you punks?"
