Name: Felix Vulpis
Appearance: The shortest kid in his yeargroup, and scrawny as hell. His shoulder length red hair lays flat, save for two bangs pointing stright up like fox ears. Possessing an androgenous face, he tends to put people in mind of a fox with his almost shut eyes and a smile that promises mischief in his future. When he actually opens his eyes, people see a swirling vortex of reds and oranges, his irises are akin to a burning fire.

Biography: Born of a mundane born witch and a 'pureblood' wizard, Felix was a troublemaker from his first use of accidental magic. He turned his uncle's skin bright yellow with black stripes, along with "I'm a lovely bumblebee" on his forehead. He was four at the time. His father, amused at the prank, decided to introduce his cheeky son to the wonders of pranks. The amount of chaos he proceeded to cause left his father on the couch for months when his mother found out.
It came as little surprise to anyone who knew the devious bastard when he was instantly sorted into Slytherin. You can still see the remnants of some of the more exuberant pranks in the common room as he dealt with the idiots trying to assert their dominance over him. This inner struggle lasted for the better part of his first two years until one of the smarter snakes came up with a compromise. Ignore Felix in the heirarchy, and point his chaos at the other three houses. On that night teachers across Hogwarts, especially those who remembered the Weasley Twins, shuddered as a great evil was unleashed upon the school... especially when Felix took an interest in runes and their uses. His graduation from the school was met with cheers and drinking by his poor teachers.
After Hogwarts he worked as a Cursebreaker for Gringotts, travelling across the world to funnel his desire for chaos. It was during an amusing jaunt in Mexico, involving a toucan, a cursed amulet, and one of the lost cities of the native peoples, that an owl arrived bearing an invitation to teach Runes at Hogwarts. Considering his handlers had been reaching the point where they were ready to strangle him, this seemed like a good career change. Plus there was the library's restricted section... apparently he was 'too irresponsable' to be allowed access as a student.
Favorite Hogwarts Memory: In march of his fourth year, he used a runic array on the Gryffindor Common room entrance. Said array swapped the gender of whoever walked through the portal, as well as stripping them naked. The icing on the cake was it being linked to a camera to take a picture of their reactions. He made a mint selling the blackmail pictures to his fellow Slytherins.
