Zane snorted. Dangerous was an understatment. There were creatures in those woods that made his master pause before trying to sneak through it. Hell, the incident with the tentacle monsters is still being talked about... magic does really weird things to plantlife. Out of his bag he pulled a shovel. It was big, sharpened to work as an axe, oh, and was cast iron. Always good to carry iron when idiots want to actually encounter fae. Eh, free distraction for him to steal the metal.

"Don't you worry you pretty head, Riri," Zane replied, giving his trademark badboy smirk (currently earnings: 16 dates, 3 snogs, 20 slaps, and one flash freezing), "So long as those pointy ear bastards don't try anything, I won't hurt them."

"Nya haha... you want to make Calesvol? How very... interesting." Zane said, having pulled himself up. His mind was already clocking into overdrive thinking of the difficulty of making such a legend without Will's cheating. Two-thirds the power? Hell no, if we were doing this we were doing it properly... hmm, the others want to see the fae in the woods? Perfect, we can get some of the materials we need there, and he knows the old ways the teachers think are still sealed off.

"I know a way into the forest. This school has many passages hidden for a multitude of valid reasons. They make great shortcuts so long as you avoid the ROUS and the Giant Spider under the cafeteria. Never did work out why there is only one spider, eh, no biggie, so who's with me?"
Might as well add my contribution to the Character Roster.

Zane had zoomed out the dorm, nabbing an errant Liors in a princess carry. Death by electrocution was not in his list of things to do today. It was a really bad way to go, your eyes swell painfully before bursting, your organs liquify, and worst of all... you die with spiky hair. Honestly, why anyone would intentionally spike their hair was beyond him, it just looked so feckin' dumb. He didn't realise there were people in the way until he crashed into them. Human pile ups are fun when a potentially murderous mage isn't behind you.

Taking a small whiff of Liors hair as he ran he thought: "Strawberries and abject terror. Interesting combination."

Quickly regaining his bearings through experience of exploding and crashing, he noticed he landed on Willy. Willy was fun, not in a Nick way, more in an evil cackling way. The guy's magic was sooo interesting and/or a bit emo. Ok a lot emo, what kind of person goes "I'm going to use my magic by bleeding on things."? Apparently Willy, but that just made him awesome like Zane.

"Hey Willy, how's your sexlife going?" Zane asked with a cheeky grin on his face, "Still pining after fictional girls or have you moved into 3D yet?"
Present and accounted for Sir, ready to smash some darkness face in!
"Ah, the infamous Storm Dragon, currently the only student undefeated in the dueling ring. Also in the top five most terrifying studants, currently only being beaten out by the White Death." Zane stated, swinging his levitation wand to cook some more food, "I believe I was number four on that list... unless Flame-brain has managed to get themselves killed during vacation. Zane Wulfe, the Insane Inventor, maker and seller of enchanted items."

The invisible girl, Liors, seemed quite uncomfortable. Did she need the bathroom... no, there wasn't the shaking associated with that. It was a little known fact that his ability boost wasn't just physical, but also mental and spiritual. Using a boost on his processing speed, he quickly ran through the symptoms and what he had read in his limited delve into psychology. According to them he was apparently insane, so screw those guys.

She appeared to be suffering from anxiety, with a bit of possible anthrophobia (That's fear of people for you laymen). Taking pity on her, he 'accidentally' hit Nulong in the face with a fried egg. He gestured for the girl to take this opportunity to escape to her safe place.

Seeing Liors try to sneak out without eating, Zane seemed to teleport. The only thing revealing the truth of the matter was a woosh of air, sending a cool breeze through the room. Now behind her, Zane lifted the small girl with one arm. Moving over to the table where he set up breakfast, he sat her down and handed her some utensils to eat with.

"Rule number one of living here, you will eat proper meals." Zane spoke coldly, his eyes promising pain upon disobedience, "I don't care whatever else you do, you could unleash a horde of zombies upon the unfortunate students, or summon an eldritch horror from beyond comprehension, but you will eat when I've cooked or I will make hell itself look like a tropical vacation."

Having finished his tirade, he dug into his own breakfast, pulling a bottle of ketchup out of his bag, giving a pointed glare to the other two to eat.
Zane exited his room, currently carving runes into a piece of red metal. It was incredibly intricate, with arrays forming meta-arrays to keep the enchantments stable. He would need to eith commendeer or make a forge to make the rest of the parts, but it shouldn't take more than a few months to get it working. Setting down the metal and pocketing his carving wand, he reached into his bag and pulled out his breakfast food, enough for four people. Sausages, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, baked beans, toasting bread, hash browns, and, of course, butter, strawberry jam, and clotted cream. He also brought out a coffee machine and set it on the counter.

Ignoring the other two, he pulled out his levitation wand, and began to cook breakfast, Zane Style. The kitchen roared into motion as Zane used the wand to perform several actions simultaneously. The oven slowly toasted the bread as a dance of a fry up occurred. With focus usually used on his runework he made the bacon, tomatoes and sausages flip while cooking, keeping them even. Finally, when the food was cooked, four plates flew out the cuboard and the food jumped onto the plates, with the spreads to the side for taste. Finally done, he turned his attention to the other two.

"The cafeteria stuff is alright, but they can't make a good english breakfast." he said, buttering his slices of toast liberally. Something was nagging him about their other roommate, but it probably wasn't important.
Zane laughed at the speed the girl moved. Imagine if he gave that a buff... no last time he did that the guy crashed into a wall. Nick had only forgiven him after he bribed gifted him a mirror that complimented him whenever he looked into it. The inventor was lucky the narcissist's face was unblemished.

Looking in the room he chose, he had to sigh at the distasteful low quality furniture they expected him to use. A few explosive cards took care of that. Pulling a wand out from his utility pocket, he began to carve the expansion array and the durabiility array, the wand acting as a lazer. With that done, he pulled an enargy crystal and broke it, releasing the mana to empower the runes. He didn't know someone else had also been writing runes, but that problem would come later. Replacing the wand with an almost identical one, he tapped on his satchel a few times and began to conduct.

Song Playing

With the first swish of his wand his bag opened, and out danced his furnishings. First came the oak bed and soft mattress, followed by a sturdy mahogany dresser, what looked like a treasure chest, and a yew wardrobe. His recliner sauntered across along with a small table. Like any self respecting mage, a few bookshelves were nessercary and set themselves up behind the recliner. Finally his workdesk and chair manoveured its way to the opposite side of the room to the study area.

With that finished, he took a bow and pocketed his wand. Not a bad half an hour of work, he thought. During this time some of the extra energy had entered Liors' symbols, and without an array to ground them well... the symbols popped like fireworks, probably not conductive to the girl's freyed nerves.
