Does Mizu carry said illegal weapons on her and how exactly does she extensive knowledge of torture? Does she make people run marathons or do pull up with a bonfire under them?

Nono, Ive seen plenty, I just tend to be in the poor sections of the site RP topic wise, where people write CSs that have a paragraph to two paragraphs in personality and a paragraph of history.

@ClocktowerEchosMore of a psyco than the original plan was, but it works out. Hey, thats what happens when you listen to Gone Forever by Three Days Grace on repeat while writing a character XD (also a little shorter than I was going for)Also, same deal with my reservation as Krinos.

Mizu's face looks just like above, although she puts her hair up in a bun while exercising or fighting. She usually wears a red and white striped tank top with an orange *Insert Japanese equivalent of Under Armor here* zipper-up sweatshirt. Below that, she wears thin breathable shorts (not quite spandex) that go down a quarter of the way to her knees (Cuz what anime based RP is complete without short shorts) whose color matches the orange of her sweatshirt almost exactly, being 3 shades darker. Her shoes are imported grade A running shoes, with extra mesh and steel toes that are made of a special light titanium that increases the aero-dynamics of the shoe, making up for the little weight it adds and then some, doubling as a weapon if needed. The shoes are pure white. She wears a teardrop shaped pendant around her neck similar to the one in the image. On the pendant is a picture of her mother and father.

Personality:
To be plain, Mizu is a fitness nut. She has been obsessed with sports and physical fitness ever since she was young. Under her plain appearing personality, she has what some would call a natural apathy to people, as well as a sadistic side. Her MMA Japanese championship allows her to think of people differently. She sees herself as better that everybody else, and that she should be in control. Her MMA also has given her a higher tolerance to blood and allowed her to take joy from other's pain. Besides that, Mizu loves to collect exotic and sometimes illegal weapons, following in her father's footsteps. She doesn't always carry weapons on her but she likes to keep her father's favorite knife in her inner sweatshirt pocket for safe keeping.

Diary:
Exercise Diary - A notebook that details what movement someone will make and what direction they will run. Does not predict moves in battles and does not account for obstacles and dangers on the route.

Knows Japanese, English, and Chinese.

She began to take sports like it was her life and even imagined Ruruli as a trainer to motivate her as a child and be a friend to confide in as a teen. When she was 16, her parents died in a car accident, she moved in with her aunt and uncle who were barely old enough to be living on their own. She then took up MMA as a way to release anger and stress. Megan, her aunt who was born in America while the family was on vacation, encouraged her and even helped her by buying a second house for Mizu to live in and later own. She eventually took up her dad's hobby of collecting weapons and occasionally goes to Weapon conventions and Illegal gun shops.
