My computer is being a complete and utter jerk as of now. So, I decided to post the OOC before I had to fix it. Right now, the only CS I have is for a Reaper and you all want to be Reaper's so I thought that would be fine for now. I'll be back soon.
Also, the city locations are something hat I have decided that you could input a lot of you ideas on as well so go ahead and tell me certain locations that you would like in the RP and what type of place. Then, i'll create a place that satisfies those needs. ^^

These organizations have dirty money and aren't afraid of using people as bait. The worst organization as of now is the D.T.R. A simple name which stands for Death To Reapers. More about the city
Grim city was founded by a man by the name of Artenal Rayman many, many years ago. A place built for the sole purpose of bringing Reapers and humans together. However, that quickly went down in 2X99 when the first Reaper was sentenced to death for killing a human when it was not their time. Soon, there were uprisings of humans that declared that Reapers were never meant to be living with humans. They found that they were evil. The D.T.R was formed in the year 3X2X when people were just starting to accept Reapers. The first Reaper massacre that had about 15 human casualties but 20 Reaper casualties. Though this goes on, some humans are against all that is going on. Some Reapers are even married to humans. A few without the knowledge that they are Reapers.

Welcome to Grim City. This roleplay will be a slice of life sandbox roleplay involving the Reapers and the humans. You can be a cop, a teenage criminal, a teenage Reaper, an adult reaper, etc. I won't put much limits since I want you guys to create your own limits. The city is a small one that appears big on the inside. The weather is usually cold and the people aren't usually too sweet. Most people that come to Grim City are Reaper's that have been there for a while, families that feel it's too close to home to leave, druggies, street kids, and a few upper class richies looking to fix the place up for their own profit. (Of course, that's just some so you are welcome to create different types of people). These richies don't really know how it works in Grim City and they're in for a nice surprise. There are also more cops coming into play. Good and bad. The good ones are looking to make Grim a safer place and the bad ones are looking to eliminate the Reaper's that are terrorizing society.

-I would like at least 2 posts a week. Unless you are working on a collab or you have done enough with 1 post for that week. If you can not post, please post it in the OOC or PM me. I'd hate for someone to disappear and leave someone hanging. Paragraph expectations would be a minimum of 2 paragraphs with detail. If you do not think you can do that, please rethink joining. Of course, I would rather quality over quantity. However, be ready to have to write some long and juicy posts as well as collabs.
-Bad grammar and/or incomplete sentences isn't ok. I'm sorry, but I know that anyone who joins an advanced RP isn't looking for that. That doesn't mean that minor mistakes are not OK. I already know that no ones writing is perfect. Just don't make it cringe worthy or non-readable.
-Cursing, alcohol, drugs, and a bit of inappropriate scenes are allowed in this roleplay.
-You will be able to play more than 1 character if you think you can handle it. There is no limit.
-Chat in the OOC! Even if it isn't about the roleplay. It just makes the RP more alive and everyone can get along better~

It's the classic Grim Reaper scyth. Reaper's wield a large scyth which they can summon at whenever a human body of 70% or more soul detachment is near. Reaper's use it to harvest souls, although some say he just touches the person to pop their soul so they don’t feel pain when they die. However, this is a bit challenging to do.
:-:Reaper's and human deaths:-:
Reapers cannot kill humans if their souls are not at at least 70%. However, many humans have sided with the Reapers and can hurt humans for them. Twisted, yes, but they think that they are doing it for a good cause. Reapers usually promise them that they will not take their soul and allow them to live forever. Even though all that means is that they are able to live for about 2 weeks before they slowly begin to rot and go straight to hell. Reapers can kill other Reapers without Arklain but instead, using their synths. Secretly, this has been happening when they get in arguments over what is happening in Grim city between humans and Reapers. Collecting a Reaper's soul is a bit painful for other Reaper's. Reapers have a soul and they are to go to a certain place after death. A place meant only for Reapers called Grimlore and what happens after is something that no one knows.
:-:Reaper Powers:-:
Each Reaper was born with up to two special powers whether that is telepathy or creating illusions. Even the child of a Reaper and a human has them. However, these powers do not kill humans. They can assist someone in doing so but killing is still impossible for humans to do on their own. Some Reaper's were born with quite useless powers that could prove to be practical only in common situations and not very handy for fighting.

Reapers were born to collect souls. They were born with an urge to do so that is nearly impossible to dismiss. Collecting a soul gives a Reaper a jolt of power. Strength that the humans would easily fear. This strength is like a drug and Reapers can easily get addicted but then again, people die everyday so there is no excuse for killing off a human that had a soul that was not ready to leave. Most evil Reapers which are called "Soul thieves" by the humans take souls to rebel against humans but some may do it for that jolt of adrenaline that runs through them.

Rosen --> Uentel = 35 minutes apart
Uentel --> Lower Raven = 29 minutes apart.

Borough #1- Lower Raven
Lower Raven. Located in Grim, Lower Raven is the birthplace Grim City. Where it all started. More Reapers live in Lower Raven’s along with families that include both Reapers and humans. A more economically stable area where muggings are a common occurrence. The government tries to keep the “incompetent” out of Lower Raven and keep the more financially well off come here. There are many businesses blooming here and many job opportunities that pay well.
Borough #2- Rosen
A beautiful name for an honestly dreadful place. Rosen is the hotspot for bad clubs, druggies, murders, rape, serial killers, and reapers. Bad ones. Lots of them. Rosen, to the government, is a place for the useless to live. A place where dirty cops are a normality and killers aren't chased after as hard as they should be. The crime in Rosen is terrible and honestly, it is most definitely not a family place. The low, low class live here and a few middle class people. The school system is a joke and a dead body on the street is, to the news, just another druggie.
Borough #3- Uentel
A simple place that anyone can live at. There is of course murder but not as much as Rosen. Uentel is a rather stable place and a few richies live here to try and fix a few things up. However, there isn't much to fix unless they're talking about the fact that the place isn't that economically well off. Many families live here to have an easy life. Many nightclubs though due to the fact that many teens and college students live here.

A small city with an average population. There are good people and a whole lot of bad ones. A place full on humans, humans, and Reapers. Reapers are somewhat human.
Humans born with low level powers and Reapers born with somewhat higher level powers.
In the light, Reapers appear exactly like any other common human that you would see walking on the street without a care in the world. However, each of them have have a symbol on them that sets them apart from the rest of the humans.
The mark of death.
Yes, it sounds extremely dramatic but that was the name given by the humans. The mark is usually visible. On rare occasions it could even be on someone's cheek. And some Reaper's cover them up which is, in fact, illegal. At night, the Reaper's look more pale. Their eyes are typically darker and a lot of them go out more at night. Anything that humans don't understand, they fear. The Reapers are like the classic Grim Reapers. However, it doesn't have to be a he and they don't need to wear a cloak. The Reapers were born Reapers and they know when someone is about to die and how to collect their soul. When someone near them is about to die, they feel something. The human doesn't have to be in that room. It could be on another block but the Reaper will find you. Most of the time, people beg the Reaper's not to take their soul right before they die but that isn't how it works. Reapers don't want to take anyone's soul but it's how life works.
You live. You die. You do it all over again.
People don't understand that. However, some do. Some are even friends with Reaper's because Reaper's are pretty normal. They were born to put souls to rest but like anything else in the world, there are good and there are bad. Nowadays, more and more Reapers are sick and tired of the blatant prejudice against them. The police quite obviously have not set up the law fairly. They are also tired of their friends and family getting killed for no reason. Reaper's can die. It just takes a bit more to kill one than it does a human. You would need a weapon made out of Arklain. This material was found in 2X9X by Reaper's themselves. And it led to the beginning of their own downfall. Of course, it is extremely hard to get this and most places have made it illegal though you could get it on the black market for a hefty price. Even with the weapon, it takes more than a few stabs to finally kill a Reaper.
However, Arklain has the ability to make a common human's power more useful when they are holding it. Of course, if their power is useless overall, it may not do much in a battle.
Back to the good and bad Reaper's. The good ones are good. Honest, kind, and even gentle when they take someone's soul. Taking someone's soul using a synth may seem impossible to do gently but they make it possible. However, bad Reaper's are different. They have been around for a long time and now they're finally getting the attention that they want. Evil Reaper's take people's soul before they are even ready to go. A Reaper can only seize a soul when it is near ready to leave. 90% is the amount that souls are ready to leave the body when they are near death or already dead because a soul will never be fully prepared to leave. However, if the soul is at 60 to 70%, that means a Reaper could still take hold of it but they are not supposed to. These are mostly people that have life threatening diseases, have just been in an accident, a coma, have just been shot, and a few more possibilities. Reaper's are beginning to break this law and are going for the kill before they're supposed to. All that means are there are more and more humans that are beginning to prepare for whatever comes at them and even try to kill them before the Reaper's get a chance to.
