The angels, the shapeshifters, the devils/demons, the witches, the fairies, and the fallen angels. The ones that your parents warned you about in your childhood, made you fear so that you didn't walk into that closet. The few that your parents would tell you about that made you have hope for the supernatural. The sweet tooth fairies that come at night. They're all fake. Made up, fictional.

But what if your parents had just lied to you?

What if the truth was that they had been locked away in another universe that was so far yet so close to our own? There is a barrier that separates - no, separated the two worlds. The magic could only last so long. After all, there is no proper leader once their god dispersed 50 years ago, a million petals falling down to the humans world that day. That was when it began. The crumbling of the barrier that had divided them for more than 1000 years.

2020 and the world was still...still when it happened. The barrier slowly crumbled to many pieces, teleporting more that 4 million supernatural beings to our world. Of course, the humans weren't very happy about this. Not that they could hurt them. That proved to be pretty hard to do after a few violent protests. But that was 5 years ago. Another 5 years have gone by and they're better with us now. They understand their place and that the demons, witches, and fallen angels typically don't want to hurt humans.

They just want to live.
