Jillian could barely surpress as squeak as Jaroslav Moravec came on board. The Blazer was on this vessel, THE BLAZER! was part of the crew! Jill took every bit of self control she possessed to keep her from going all fan-girl over him. She was determined to make a good impression and she asumed the Captain wouldn't particulary like it if she had a engineer fawning all over the new helmsman. No she had to keep her cool. She couldn't mask the slight blush that creeped up nor hide the sparkle in her eyes but she hoped both the Captain and Jaro would see it as enthousiasm for the mission and not being impressed by the helmsman.

Jillian brought her focus back to captain Saharah when she started talking. Jill nodded a few times in acknowledge what was said. She had thought they would start a militairy routine, it was an official militairy vessel afterall small as it was, and Jillian didn't think it would be much of a problem for her. She felt honoured that she was chosen and was eager to start. She hoped she could live up to the expectations and military life.

When the Captain was done with the debriefing she picked up her duffel bag. "Yes Ma'am!" Jill said as she heeded to the Captain's order after a salute. She went down below and put her duffel bag on the starboard side not far from the stern. She put on her toolbelt and went back to the deck and went to go over a checklist to make sure everything was well attached and nothing would snap or fall apart when departing. Next she went to check boiler to see if it was working properly. Jillian glanced at the the time. Ten minutes wasn't alot but the quick checkup was done before the time was up. "All systems check!" She hadn't expected anything wrong, it was a new vessel afterall but better be safe then sorry. Especially when floating in the air on a big ballon with nothing between the clouds and the Earth to keep them from falling down
"Let's get you out of here..." Jill panted. She rather not get burried alive and also didn't want to leave her friend behind. Eventhough Ash didn't seem to heavy it was still more weight then Jill was used to drag, let alone carry, around. She just hoped that everyone would get put safe and sound. "We'll...be...out of here...in...no time." she promised Ash.

Gnol looked at Avia after he shook his head at Ricki darting off like that. "Find them ofcourse, they might need help and one person, or maniac pup as Derek observed so kindly, might not be enough." he said. "You know, 'the Strong' is not behind my name merely because it sounds good." he said with a wink before running after Ricki. "Ricki! Wait up! Gnol shouted after her. He sure hoped the rash girl wouldn't end up in trouble or something.

Alan looked startled at Ricki as she dashed off. "Ricki? Ricki wait!" He wanted to follow her but the flarewolf whined made him stay. He put his hand on her back to reasure her. "Don't worry, she'll be fine. Lets do as we were told and go up and ait for her there, Ok?" Alan looked at Derek. "I'm coming with you." Alan looked over his shoulders worried but Ricki was better off with Gnol and possibly Avia going after her.

Althea was glad she was going outside. She felt guilty for wanting to go to the surface and not go after Jillian but she had no choise. She couldn't risk going and that it proved too much for her to be down there. "Let's go." she said softly to Derek. There wasn't anything they could but get everyone outside that wanted too.

Treghor looked around. "S-so ehm no enemies here?" he asked hopefully. He watched Seb jump up and down and glanced at Alice to see if she found it odd too. "Why did you eh jump?" Treghor asked Seb almost whispering. It was some strange behaviour in his opinion. If one wanted to test the strenght of the floor one wouldn't jump on it and he couldn't think of another reason to jump like that.
great ^_^
If there is nothing happening then nothing needs to be posted. Maybe after a couple more posts the princess can go do something other then waiting in the hall, if any other suitor appear you can have a maid escort them to where the princess is.
@Cio

Sarah walked on in silence next to Lorie, she had been a bit worried Lorie might snap at her again but the short'I'm fine walking' was all the confirmation she needed that walking was a good option. At least the woman didn't slow her down. She didn't really know what to say as she didn't know Lorie good enough yet. It was quite a walk, often sarah would just ride her strong, fast Girafarig but she didn't know if Lorie had any pokemon that could carry her.

Saur, Sarah's Bulbasaur was walking behind Sneasel. "Be careful to not disturb Spinarak, they can get viscious." Saur warned the Sneasel. "I got poison stinged once by a Weedle when I was looking for a berry in a bush" he said chuckling.

The nature on Rhando was beautiful as ever. The distant sounds of pokemon could often be heard. Sarah glanced at Lorie. "Where are you from?" Sarah finally asked curiously to break the silence and get to know her travel companion a little bit better. She had read about the different regions but never saw more then a bit of Kanto and the lab in Unova. This was a good opportunity to hear about other regions and travels. Not that she expected Lorie to change into a chatterbox with this question but she did hope it was enough to spark some sort of conversation.

Gabe grinned. "Pleasure to meet you Lucian." Gabe looked at Lucian again. He couldn't be much older then he was. "Really? You got a new house here? How cool is that! Yeah I want to come along" Gabe smiled. "Welcome on the Island I would say. If you don't know the way I can surely guide you. I was born and raised on here." He paused as he realised Lucian seemed to have answered his pokemon in a more understanding way than he usually did.
He was glad Lucian could see he was friendly because Gabe definitely was friendly. "Where is this house of yours?" he asked. Mareep and Machop walked closer to Lucians pokemon "Gabe wouldn't hurt a fly, don't worry." Mareep said to Gardevoir. Machop nodded. "And he won't tell anything to strangers if he is asked to keep something secret." Machop added. "Welcome!" said Mareep happily.
Duncan smiled and only briefly looked at the red roses. "I shall remember that." he said making a mentally note that Madeline likes red roses. Duncan never came to the gardens often but in the right company they were much more enjoyable. Especially since the right company lookedless worried out here.
"But the roses aren't the most beautiful in this garden." he said looking at Madeline. When he saw her stepping closer his grin widend and he reached for her hand to kiss her hand. He would love to pull her in a hug but he didn't want to rush things, nor did he feel this was the right time with so much going on.

Keith was about to make some more small talk to Desmond when Desmond was suddenly standing behind him. Startled his eyes widend and his mouth dropped as he froze, the chuckle made the hairs on the back of his neck stand up. His mouth was dry and he swallowed hard when he saw Desmond sitting there like nothing happend. "Who...what..." Keith grabbed his glass and took a sip again looking suspiciously to Desmond. He now realised Desmond might not be as friendly as acted, that could have turned out ugly. He would have to watch his back. Inwardly Keith sighed he definitely didn't want to worry about possible dangers his stay here. Keiths eyes narrowed for a bit as he tried to understand what had happend. He knew he made himself look like a dumb, ignorant prince that only liked to wander around and have fun but he would show Desmond there was more to him then met the eye. Keith jutted out his chin and raised his glass to Desmond "Apparantly not everyone." Keith said with new found courage. "Why don't you educate me." Desmonds previous 'lesson' was still ringing in his ears. "I would love to hear more about it."

I didn't get a Sansa Stark feel, don't think they are that alike. There are similarities that is true but there are so many stories and characters that you will find similarities with a lot

[@Summmers] if you get bored with only playing bad guy you could make a complete new second character as a suitor ;)
Duncan doesn't have any affinities, he can get along with everyone. Crreessa is obviously fire.
Alan is tricky. But since dwarves don't like elves and Gnol can sense Alan is half-elf eventhough his appearance is human I'd say Elves are Air. Making Alan air or at least partly air. His ground dragon doesn't mind in the least or is also part air

Speaking of dwarves. Calle introduced steampunk dwarves, a concept I'll happily work with. I was thinking that besides the normale ways to make steam (wood and coal and stuff for fires) I would like to introduce a special stone that can be charged by dragons. They call these stones Dragon Heartstones. If a fire dragon breathes his fire on one of those stones it will heat like a coal for a very long time and thus becoming a very duarable way to make steam but those stones are very rare. Even the size of pebbles are very hard to come by and it is a well kept secret between the dwarves and dragons. They would need very special container to carry the stones of course.
This could be extended to the stone absorbing any special trait of the dragon. If a dragon would breath ice over it for example it could be a freezing cold stone for days. If a light dragon puts light on it then it would illuminate for days etc.
Duncan "If you need anything, call on me or one of the Royal Guards. Your Highness." Duncan bowed his head as he greeted her. One of his men beckoned him to come. "Excuse me." he said before he hasted away. After hearing what the man had to say Duncan went towards his office. But he made a small detour first. He felt the sudden need to catch a fresh breeze of air in the hope to find a certain someone there.
He walked towards the gardens and looked around. His eyes landed on Madeline. He walked up to her but stopped a respectful distance from her since she was unchaperoned and he didn't to do anything that might damage her reputation. "Lady Madeline, what a coincidence to meet you here. Lovely gardens aren't they." he commented as he smiled softly.

Keith chuckled too. "Well then Desmond, fellow contestants it is." He doubted that they would actually have to compete but one could never know, besides nothing wrong with some games in his opinion. He looked at the little snacks but he didn't know if a big meal was going to be served later and he didn't want to spoil his apetite too much. Keith poured himself some juice before one of the staff could do it for him. He looked back at Desmond. "I never heard of the vallies of sand but then again geography never was my strong suit." He paused before he grinned. "And neither are politics, good thing I am only a third prince, hopefully pushed down further the line when the crown prince makes some crown princes or princesses of his own." Keith sat back down a took a big gulp of juice.
Bulbasaur grinned happily as he noticed the Sneasel had convinced his trainer to come along. He felt it would do his trainer good.

Sarah nodded in return, surprisingly she didn't feel disappointed that Lorie took the offer but she felt content. It would certainly help her get that one teacher off of her back with his constant 'But you can't be a hermit Sarah. You will have to deal with people too Sarah' and 'People don't bite, try and socialise a bit sometimes'. If they saw her travelling with someone they could see she could socialse and talk to people.
Sarah turned toward the busstop for a moment before looking back to Lorie. "Lilan Town is about a 20 minute drive or a four to six hour walk depending on how fast one walks." She paused, hesitated for a bit as Lorie had been a bit senstive about the pokedex matter, but she had to let the woman know. "Public transporation is free on these islands for trainers but unfortunately you must show a pokedex." Sarah informed Lorie. It didn't matter to Sarah, it wouldn't be the first time to walk the distance. Maybe she could even try and catch a pokemon on the way. She hadn't caught one on the islands yet and she wanted to expand her team.

Gabe took the hand to get up and grinned sheepishly as he went through his hair with his other hand. "Yeah, sorry to startle you like that. I wasn't looking where I was going." his gaze shifted from the boy to the Umbreon. "Hi there, I'm Gabe and these are two of my friends Mareep and Machop. The third, Tepig, is being a grouch today." He looked curious at the boy. "I saw you coming out of the estate agency and I got curious I have to admit. Especially since I never saw you around before. I would definitly know if someone lived on these islands if they have cool pokemon like you do." Gabe said friendly.
