Marigold felt a pang of disappointed that she didn't expect to feel. But as soon as Hunter mentioned that one of siblings would acompany her she looked amused at Hunter. She appreciated his concerns but she did happen to be a respondsible adult so she was pretty confident she could manage. "Thanks for the offer but I'll be fine. I'm not going that far, I am always careful and I'm sure I won't get kidnapped or something. If something happens I'll promise to send the raven TwoFeathers for help." In reaction the raven circled over their heads once and cawed before flying ahead. "You see, I am looked after. she said grinning. "Maybe I'll see you later Hunter." she said before she continued on her way.

Hazel nodded, at least it wasn't an immediate danger. She couldn't lift curses herself, her magic was limited to ground and nature magic, but had a little knowledge on known ones. "I'm sorry to hear that, I hope it can get lifted. I can't lift curses myself but have a little knowledge." she glanced at April as she offered help. Hazel was curious and wouldn't mind watching but she didn't want to intrude. She had intruded the private conversation already and wouldn't want to impose any more.
Duncan nodded as he got up. "I understand. Thank you for your cooperation." He said as he slightly bowed towards Desmond. The man seemed sincere about the reason and Duncan had no reason to doubt the motive. He kept in the back of his head that enviroment Desmond came from and that old habits die hard. "If you will excuse me I will go check on the princess and see if any new suitors arrived." He paused. "Please make yourself comfortable." he said as he parted. An Angel, a thief. Who knows who else would show up Duncan mused as he shook his head. A wide range of possible suitors could arrive and trying to keep peace could be a difficult task ahead. Duncan almost hoped some boring diplomatic people would be among them. Not because they were a good choise but to make his job easier.

Keith bowed. "Of course your majesty, I had expected nothing else." He said warmly. "But please, leave the formalities. I'm just Keith who happens to be a prince." he said with a big grin. Keith looked around and noticed one other figure in the hall. His eyes widend. "And Angel? How am I to compete with that?" he thought.

Duncan walked into the main hall where Keith was talking to the princess. A maid whispered Keiths name and title in his ear and that the princess had expressed her wish. Duncan nodded. "Prince Keith, I am Sir Duncan Ferrilion and I am the head of the Royal Guard. If you would be so kind to follow me I will show you a comfortable room to have some refreshments while we wait for everyone to arrive."

Keith looked to Duncan and nodded. He turned back to princess Annabelle. "Excuse me your highness, I hope I will be able to speak to your a bit more later today." Keith bowed again before he followed Duncan to the room where Desmond was.
Keith entered and Duncan let them alone. A maid brought some carafes, some with alcoholic beverages and some non-alcholic beverage, and glasses and a plate of asorted fruits and nuts with some pieces of bread with cold meat.

Keith looked curiously to Desmond. "Hi there, I'm Prince Keith from the kingdom Concordia. Are you one of my rivals?" he asked Desmond lighthearted. Keith wasn't the person to take anything serious, including competing with other suitors for the honour to marry the crown princess. Although, he knew already he wouldn't like it at all if she would slip through his fingers but his friendly nature wanted to socialise with a potential rival.

Duncan returned to princess Annabelle and lady Madeline. "Two of them are comfortably installed and have gotten some drinks and food." he said. "Princess Annabelle, don't worry I'm sure it will work out." He glanced at Madeline often. The lady-in-waiting was beautiful as ever and he hoped she could be excused later today so Duncan could strike up a conversation with her.
My characters: (WIP)

Captain Jillian Bosson

Engineer Gnol the Strong

Pilot Alan Scarlett

Navigator, co pilot and comm-operative Althea Goldfeather

Scientist Treghor
@SporkoBug Here it is :)
Jill cursed under her breath. She did know some first aid but had no idea what to do now. Ash was breathing, barely, and somewhat conscious. "Damn it, I need Seb. What good is a doctor when he isn't around whe you bloddy need him!" She said as she pounded once on the floor. A rumble could be felt. She looked at her fist, she couldn't have hot that hard, could she? Then she realised the supporting beam Traff had crashed into and her head jerked in that direction. "g'repoj" she cursed. "We got to move Ash." she said. Jill reached under Ash their arms so she could start pull him to safety if she could at all.

Gnol felt a small tremble and hear the sound of a crack forming. Very soft but his trained ears picked it up. He was a dwarf afterall and tunnels were a speciality. "I don't want to alarm everyone but we have to hurry to find the Captain and our second in command. Whatever that blast was earlier it might have compromised the intregety of the structure." Gnol closed his eyes and touched the floor, he got up again and touched the wall. "Not that far from here." He mumbled, "Can't possibly be to far. Gnol nodded, he was fairly sure where to find them.

Althea jumped up when Gnol spoke, her previous fears almost comming back. She could feel the wall closing in on her again and her claustrophobia threatend to take the upper hand. She looked at Derrek and calmed down a bit. "Can you move? Can you help?" Althea preffered that she could get out of here asap instead of having to venture deeper to find the last two missing crewmembers. Jillian and Ash.
"Maybe I should go back to the surface, I'm sure the flarewolf can find the way out by following a stream of fresh air or something. And we can mark the way out for you guys to follow" she said hopefully. Eventhough Althea was a brave woman she was an Avian. The sky was her home and being below the ground was a serious strain on her nerves. Eventhough she had battled and conquered her fears earlier with Derrek it wasn't completly gone.

Alan knew better then to offer his help to Gnol. Gnol didn't like him that much because of his elven part but he could help Althea if they chose to split up again. "We need enough to go further and help the Captain. They might be hurt but getting help from the ship is as important I'd say." he looked at Ricki. "Can the Flarewolf find the way to the surface? If it is starting to get dangerous in here it might be better to make sure she gets out of here fast."

Treghor looked nervously to the building ahead. "I-I hope w-we can find them soon and we eh won't get lost ourselves." he said a bit gloomy. In is mind everything that could go wrong already had and it wasn't helping his nerves at all. He sa the open doors and swallowed hard. "H-here goes n-nothing." he said as he walked inside the buidling to try and locate the rest of the crew. He looked towards Seb and Alice to see if they had any clue to know where to start looking. Seb probably had Treghor asumed as he had escaped there earlier.
Sarahs eyes widend briefly before they narrowed when Lorie reminded her of the pokedex. That sounded like being snapped at. Again. She didn't know what this trainers problem was but Sarah did not appreciate a reply like that. Sarah counted to ten in her mind while Lorie aired her pessimistic assumption. Now Sarah wondered why Lorie was so negative. Why see the world if on could only see the worst of it?
"I'm sure the professor will have a pokedex you can use while you are here. They encourage all new trainers to use it to help them learn more about the pokemon." Sarah said as patiently as she could but couldn't prevent entirly that it was a bit sharp-toned.

Bulbasaur looked from Lorie to Sarah and back. He could feel the tension between them and he could see that the Sneasel wanted to comfort his trainer but didn't. "You ok?" he asked.

Sarah sighed. "You don't have to of course, you can travel the islands without competing. I'm sure there is a price for winning the League but I never looked into it as that is not my destination. I registered as a trainer to get some battle experience and grow together with my pokemon while I keep working on my field projects." Sarah paused, not entirely sure if it was the best idea to ask Lorie to come along but Sarah had to admit to herself that it was a welcome change to see someone not with 'oh look at me, I am going to be a pokemon master and I have these gyms beaten in a heartbeat' attitude. And there was something Sarah couldn't quite put her finger on. She felt like she had a lot of clues about something but couldn't tie it together. "Look I need to head back to the lab anyway. If you don't know what you want to do on the islands yet you are free to tag along. Gives you time to think about it" Sarah said. She realised that might have sounded a bit direct, maybe even blunt. "It is safer to travel in groups though. The Spinarak and Ariados can be a problem.

the Bulbasaur looked surprised at his trainer. He knew that Sarah preffered travelling alone, even with the spinarak, because she wanted to keep her own pace and enjoyed the silence.

Gabe Whitecliff was hanging around in Mespirit City. Not sure what to do and he walked around aimlessly. A Machop and a Mareep were walking alongside him. Gabe kicked a pebble ahead. "I don't know what to do. I don't want to travel alone and I don't want to just sit around here. Mom and dad gave me a hard time for not having found something I want to do with my life." He sighed as his pokemon tried to comfort their trainer. They didn't like to see their normally so happy trainer down like this. When the passed Mespirit Housing he saw a boy around his age walking out looking very excited. There was only one thing to be bought or rented in there so he wondered if that boy had done what he was thinking he might have done.
Gabe decided to follow the boy curious and couldn't help but overhearing. Not looking here he went Gabe tripped over Mareep who had been walking in front of him and fell on the ground with a loud "WHOA!"

Duncan sat back as Desmond talked. He had to keep in mind that a thief, and especially a master thief, could play lies and truth like a violin. He could detect no lies for the time being but he wasn't too sure about the intentions. "Very well. I hope you will forgive me but I am in charge of the safety of the Royal Family and I wouldn't do a very good job if I were to not question questionable suitors." Duncan paused. "I belief you for now although I cannot see what benefits a marriage with you would would give us but ultimately is up to Princess Annabelle to decide." Duncan would make sure that the maids would count the silver a bit more frequently now. Duncan looked at Desmond again a bit more pensive. "What do you hope to gain through the possible marriage?" He asked, planning to ask this question to every suitor in private so he could later discuss it with lady Madeline before possibly advicing the princess. He couldn't assist in the matter of the heart but when there were doubts facts could tilt the balance for better or worse.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Prince Keith Sormard of Concordia stepped out of the carriage and looked up to the doors to enter the castle. He dreaded this moment. Keith felt his throat close up and felt like he was breathing in water. A few deep breaths later he took the first step. He didn't want to be here, he didn't want to marry a princess he never met, he definitely didn't want to settle down. He still had a hard time believing that he was ordered to marry a perfect stranger. Keith had thought many times during the ride in that he would just turn back and tell his father that she rejected him on the spot. But he couldn't lie so up the steps he went.

Keith went through the doors and his eyes were immediatly drawn to the two females. He frowned for a moment as he tried to recall the description of the princess and he could tell instantly that it had been lacking. She was beautiful, the room could be crowded but he couldn't tell. He was struck by the look in her eyes. He hoped he could see those eyes laughing in joy once.
Keith bowed. "Your Majesty. I'm Prince Keith Sormard from the kingdom of Concordia and I came to take your hand in marriage, should you accept my offer, so our kingdomes would be united through that bond." He opened a small bag. "As a token of appreciation I bring you the finest parfumed soap of sheep milk from my homeland and one single white Hercoi Rose, rare as it is for it is the only flower that grows on the summit of our mountains." He handed her the gifts while he was still bowing slightly.
awesome ^_^

@AXIS @FistOfZeus @Sanity43217 You all better watch out, another suitor is on his way!
