@Xaltwind When you add Mae Li to the Main cast section...

Can her little "title" thing be... "Watered Down Chun Li" lol

Or "Martial Gams"

or "Very wise martial ar OMG PUPPIES!"

or something like that lol your call.
Discord has been created! Still need to do some edits to make it feel like home. But here's the link to you so whoever wishes to join, may.

EDIT:

Link: discord.gg/juU2SSu

In case the clickable link doesnt work lol
@Xaltwind
ALSO! I wrote Chi Strike wrong, it's fixed now though. Chi Strike either pools Chi Energy in her hands OR her legs. Not both.
@Salty Spitoon
Mae looks fine to me, albeit you might wanna mention something about her having clothes or shoes... Unless you intended to have her walk around buck-nekkid. I mean, I'm not opposed to the idea in any way, just bringing it up in case that wasn't your plan.
Also, I'm assuming the things you've listed as "Skills" are her passives? It also looks like the description for 'Chi Strike' was lost, or cut, halfway through, so I don't really know what it actually does.

But, overall she looks fine and dandy, and we're happy to have ourselves a squealing little monk-lass who'll probably chase Branwen around, trying to hug her, for the forseeable future. Welcome, and go ahead and add her to the character tab. :)

Definitely 1,000% nekkid at all times :P

I kid, I will add clothes for modesty's sake.

And yeah, I was adding skills and how they were lining up where more along the lines of skills (passives) she has learned over her lifetime. So I thought I would break it up into skills (passives) and abilities (performed attacks/buffs).

And for the cut off ability. Yeah, I noticed that shortly after posting. I had fixed it, but you may not have looked at it again after my edit :P But it's entirety is there now. And I think I also added another ability during that edit.
@Xaltwind I was actually wondering about skills :)

For purely combat oriented characters. Will their "skills" be more in line with basically any attack that has a particular effect when performed?

So what I am wondering is if my character has an understanding of pressure points, and they can strike those areas; would that be considered a skill? Like "pressure point strike" or something?
3,000% interested! Crossing fingers the max player limit hasn't been reached :P

Location: Jurassic Room.
Skills: none.

Jolene sighed in relief as she noticed she came out unscathed by the falling of the giant creature. Though a pack of new sounds caught her attention. Looking off at the far side of the room she noticed as a group of what appeared to be velociraptors charged out, seeming to focus their attention towards Casey.

Jo was about to rush to her aid though a sight caught the corner of her eye. Before she had time to react she saw the large tail sweeping towards her just before impact. The large muscular tail slammed into her square in the chest; sending her soaring back through the air, crashing hard into the solid floor, and sending her body tumbling until slamming powerfully into the far off wall. Jo sat there, back rested against the now cracked wall from her impact. Her body was stoic, near motionless but appearing conscious to some degree - her disks of light fallen flat on the floor beside her.

Jo expected pain, or even fear. But her senses were dull. Her vision blurred and tunneled as they stared down at her own lap. She felt numb. As if the pain throughout her body was too much to process, so her mind simply didn't allow herself to register it. She felt oddly peaceful. Like she was in a world now of her own, no longer surrounded by danger and fear. A serene void that beckoned her to advance, to let it take her. She wanted to fight it, but she couldn't find the strength to battle its pull.

Her disks of light beginning to break down, letting small sparkles of its magic to dance upwards into the air as its solidity faded. Before long the disks faded entirely, dissipating into the air. Slowly Jolene's tipped over, her body sliding along the wall before she collapsed on the floor; a streak of red following against the wall from where her head once laid.

As her light faded her connection to Vertigo broke. Her energy returning to the Earth from where she had borrowed it.
