Looking for a partner for a fantasy style roleplay that is loosely based off of Wizard 101, no need to have played or know the story however of Wizard 101 as the concept will not revolve all that much around the game itself. The pairing can be MxM MxF just note I will be playing a Male but I do not mind same gender romance in the story.

The story will revolve around an ancient evil that threatens all life, the only ones who can stand in the way of this evil is my character who saved the world once before and your character whom is going to be pretty much the new hero who is destined to stop this new evil from destroying everything. The story is heavily magic inspired and has plenty of room for custom creation.

I am looking ideally for someone who is prepared to take this story and make it their own as much as mine. In other words I would love to find someone who doesn't want to follow my lead only but forge out their own path in the story and create. I can do either PM or Thread, usually thread and while this is 18+ I prefer to fade to black in any sexual situations. If your a person who will stick around and see this story to its end please do shoot me a message on here or a PM and I will give you the a more indepth view into my idea for the story and we can share ideas and get this story going.
Its okay now, it was nine years ago when I was sixteen, since then I have learned to live with the pain as everyone must do when something tragic happens to them. It is true enough that the longer one lives the more pain they will inevitably have to face before their own end comes knocking however long that might be. Life for me was a series of tragic events dating back to my elementary days, I learned quickly that life can cruel from a young age, I would be a lier if said it had not warped my mind into a way of thinking that nearly caused me to lose who I was forever. I was consumed by my pain for a long time, all I could see was a world of black and white, a bleak hell that had no purpose and no reason for me, walking in the darkness, lingering on the edge of the eternal abyss wanting to jump in but hanging on even if I didn't know why. I felt nothing and I cared for nothing, I killed my own emotions completely so that I never had to suffer again. I am saying this, telling you this, for one reason. An that is simple, the reason is that I want anyone who possibly see's this that no matter how much pain you suffer, no matter how dark your road becomes and how hellish this world can be, there is always a way back, there is happiness to be found if you only give yourself the chance to find it.

There is always a reason for being and a reason for ones pain and I found mine the day I stopped someone from ending their own life even if at the time I didn't know I had done it. I realized that there a lot of people of all ages out there who are suffering the same pain but in their own ways, and I decided to use my experience of my own pain to start giving others who are lost in that same darkness the light I never had, the light had to find on my own. The very same thing that I believe this thread was created for if intentionally or just by pure coincidence. I find meaning in sharing my pain with others because I believe very much like I think you do that if just one person reads any of this and they find that sliver of strength they need to make it to the next day then it completely worth it, to know that there are others out there who have been there and found the way. But I uh think I am rambling, something I tend to do when getting into the vortex that is my brain :) but uh before I cut this and post it I had a couple other things to say.

Firstly I am sorry about your husbands tragic event, you are quite right it does haunt me as I am sure it does him. But I believe like I mentioned above that every event in this life has purpose, is pushing you towards who or what your suppose to be. What is important in the end is to always remember the times you had with them both good and bad, because it is those memories that allow them to live on now and for generations to come. Even now I feel like crying a little bit thinking about him but I know he is watching somehow, someway and that my story will go on even though his ended. His last words to me were everything is going to be okay, an if he meant those words to inspire me to become stronger or not that's what they did, took a long time but everything did turn out okay.

Being scared your parents are gonna pass I believe is normal especially when you come across others who have lost one the other or even both, it sort of opens your eye's to the reality that a day will come when they won't be there. We all fear being alone even someone like me who thrives on being a loner, and losing those people, those cornerstones of your life, it is scary because regardless of what you have or who you have you will feel alone in the world regardless. Its one thing to know its a normal part of life that your parents must eventually leave here, but its another to convince your mind that its not going to hurt. You can be prepared but when the bell tolls it hurts all the same. I'm sure I don't have to tell you this but cherish them, every moment, because the bell tolls for us all at any given time.

As it so happen my grandmother whom I and my family cared for, for almost 3 to 4 years passed away not even six months ago now. Even though we knew it was time, it was still hard to let go and thats what makes us human. That love and that caring of people, I am sorry again that you yourself had to go through that and that it still brings you pain. I truly do believe though that the spirit does carry on if there is a god or not, and that when we face our mortality that we will move to a place beyond that is beautiful. Know that I truly believe she is happy and you were there when it counted in the end and in it bring you comfort.

Thank you for your response, truly. I offer the same thing to you if ever a time comes when you need to talk or just get out of your own head for a bit.

@Wick
The worst thing I ever went through in this life, don't even have to think about it, my worst day, my worst memory, my worst everything was definitely watching my Dad slowly die in front of me knowing that there was nothing that anyone could do. Watching life slowly slip away is a horrible experience, I wouldn't wish it on anyone to suffer, not even my most hated enemies. It was the same event that completely broke me and i became dead inside for such a long time.
I've been called a monster before, but honestly when you look at the entirety of the human race, we are all monsters right down to the last child. The irony is that I can admit to doing terrible things, take responsibility for the actions I commit. It is however the people who label me who are unable to own up to their sins. Hiding behind a facade of innocence and self righteousness because they are too afraid to see the monster that lays just beneath the surface. Many claim they are incapable of terrible acts, and even to some extent believe that. But if you were thrown into an impossible situation that could only end in the loss of your life or another what would you do? Would you so easily choose death to spare one who would take away what no one person has a right to take, or would you fight for your right to live even if it meant to take a life yourself? The truth is that we are all monsters inside, it just takes extenuating circumstances to draw it out into the open. Monster is just a convenient word to hide who we truly are deep down, to project it onto someone else to cover our own fear, our fear of ourselves.

Cass was silent as he applied the synthesizer to the wound he suffered from the chunk of glass that had pierced him. Clicking a couple of buttons on the nearby console there was a low hum as the small black device of the wound activated. A low light appeared under its edges as Cass grunted the device closing the wound and cauterizing it. It took mere moments but the device quickly did its work, he removed it and idly tossed the device aside as he looked at the freshly closed wound, another scar to add to his collection as it would seem. Turning Cass looked at the young woman who was bound to a nearby medical table, her mouth was taped shut but grunted panicked as her eye's moved wildly around. Approaching the table Cass removed the medical tape from her mouth as she gave a small yelp of pain.

"You monster, let me go!"

Cass showed no apparent reaction to the insult, he did however move closer as he reached out his hand and slowly placed it over the woman's throat tightening his grip just enough to make sure she could breath but not talk easily.

"You call me a monster but you are but a hypocrite my dear, were all monsters deep down even if your little brain can not perceive such a thing about yourself. I could snap your neck at this very moment if it suited me, this cybernetic limb is quite... dangerous when used as a weapon. Let me ask you a question, if you were able to move right now, able to fight back, would you take my life knowing that my objective was to take your life from you? I bet that you would if you had to do it, and it is that exact reason that your just as much a monster as I am, after all only monsters would take a life regardless of who that person is. Life is a delicate thing, and when it is threatened we will fight to preserve it just like I am now. It is unfortunate that I do not possess the time to continue this lecture on philosophy."

Cass became silent as he reached over and released one of the restraints on the woman's wrist giving her the ability to free herself. Cass turned and walked to the door of the medical bay but stopped just for a moment to speak one last thing before exiting.

"It is because of monsters, real monsters in our society that I am even here right now. If you accept that or not it doesn't matter but don't believe for a second that your any more innocent then me."

Time was ticking down as Cass heightened his speed and ran down the empty corridor of the ship, he had to make it to the escape pods, the rest of the crew was already there he was positive of it and this ship had a limited supply of seats and he was fairly positive they were not going to give a damn about an escaped prisoner getting one of those said pods. Cass slowed his speed as he came upon the bay where the escape pods were, he could see a lot of people in the bay as they moved chaotically into the pods. The question now was if Cass tried to take a pod what would they think of it? Would they let him try to live like everyone else or would they stop him and leave him to die? Nothing was going as it should have and this was more then agitating, to plan so accordingly and then to have one big kink to throw it all out of proportion. It didn't matter he needed to eject now and get planet side regardless of the cost. Cass began to move forward, he would take the closest pod as fast possible and get the hell out before anyone could figure out he was not part of the crew.

It was sudden and quick, the attack was hard and direct, Cass felt someone crash into him from behind, his body slammed by what could only be described as a bone shattering blow. Cass flew forward and smashed the ground hard, he slid upon the metal floor and smacked into one of the fleeing crew knocking them over.

"Get the hell out of the way!"

Cass heard the angry voice as he quickly rolled over and climbed back to his feet, he turned seeing one of his bounty hunting captors, the one he had kicked in the head trying to make his way through the panicked crowd. Cass wasted no time as he pulled the electrified baton from his belt and flicked it to life as power surged into its top, the mercenary quickly pulled a gun from his belt intent to take Cass down. With little to no hesitation Cass quickly grabbed the man he had been knocked into and flung him to his feet and wrapped his arm around his throat to use him as a shield.

"Hey let him go!"

Cass slammed his cybernetic limb sideways as a nearby man tried to interfere, the back of his fist slammed into his nose and he crashed backwards grabbing at his face, the others surrounding them quickly scrambled to get the hell out of the path of the situation that was unfolding before them.

"Let him you psychopath!"

Cass tightened his grip with no intention of complying with the command, he did not come this far to be thwarted by this buffoon and his goon squad that was probably not far behind. The man he held gagged as his breath was shortened drastically.

"Psychopath... isn't that word too big for your little mind to comprehend none the less use in a full sentence? You already know that I have no intention of listening to you Bounty Hunter. No, I did not come this far to be apprehended by you again, no, I am taking one of the escape pods and getting off this sinking ship and there is nothing you can do about it."

"You freak! Do you really think your making it off this ship?! Don't make me laugh, your gonna go down with it! You don't deserve anything less! Did you really think a criminal like you would be allowed to use an escape pod before everyone else on this ship?! Let him go and just accept your fate, let justice be served!"

"Oh your funny, justice? Don't even utter that word in my presence you low class piece of trash. You speak as if you have some sort of moral high ground. I wonder what most of these people would think of you if I told them a little bit about your splendid history. You think I don't know you? You think I let you capture me without so much as a fight just because, that I escaped my cell without so much as a blink of an eye by luck? No I knew who you were before you ever entered that space station, I know because I was the one who planned it out detail by detail. Why we don't tell all these wonderful people about what you did seven years prior to now hm? Why don't we tell them how you..."

"Shut your mouth criminal! My history is none of your business!"

"Oh but it my business because you think you have some right to call me a criminal but I wasn't the one who murdered my own wife, was I? Oh how you got away with it to, how your little friends safe guarded you and lied for you while you walked away free as a bird. Did you think no one else knew? Did you think that it was your dirty little secret? Who's the bloody criminal here now? Not so easy to be the hero when your just a piece of trash like the scum you hunt is it?"

Cass became silent as the bounty hunter gritted his teeth and looked around at the people around him whom were now looking in his direction. Without hesitation he raised the gun and pulled the trigger, the shot tore out of the barrel and smashed into the man Cass held, it smashed into his chest as the bullet went through him and hit Cass in the shoulder. The man fell limp almost immediately as the life drained from his body. Cass let go of the man in pain as the baton dropped to the floor beside the man whom hit the floor hard with a loud thump. The entire bay erupted with outrage and the crew quickly flung themselves at the bounty hunter in a blinding rage. Cass grabbed his shoulder as he smirked menacingly and quickly flung himself into the nearby escape pod and quickly slammed the button to close the door.

Cass threw up the casing over the eject button and smashed it with his good hand, there was a sharp hiss before the escape pod started to slowly move. Cass quickly jumped into the seat and strapped himself in. The pod ejected at a high speed as he was soon free of the ship and barreling into the gravity of the planet below.

@Dusksong
So I have had this idea for a lot of years now but I have never tried it on a role play scale. I figured why not throw this idea out here and see if I can find a couple like minded people to create it with. At current I am looking for one or two people to help me create and fine tune this role play as the idea below is a rough draft at this point. I am unsure as of this point if this would be in advanced or casual, probably advanced so long as people know im not perfect when it comes to grammar. I am really hoping to turn this into an actual role play but for now read the draft below if your interested please do post below, we can pass out ideas and what not, try and make this a reality.

@Dusksong

Do you want to know the secret that humans are too afraid to admit? All throughout history there have been anomaly that have terrified our minds. These anomaly most times always come at a cost to those who discover them, some things in this universe are not meant to be seen by human eye. It is not because these anomaly wish to remain unknown but it was because there are things in this universe that humans are not meant to understand or comprehend. We often pride ourselves on being the smartest sentient life in the known universe, but this way of thinking is false, it is an illusion drilled into our minds from a young age, to believe we are creations greatest achievement. This is nothing more then a mechanism we alone created to shield us from the undeniable truth, the secret were too afraid to acknowledge, that humans are not the pinnacle of creation. There are things out there that could wipe us away, no harder then one would wipe away water spilled on a glass surface. Humans are afraid of the unknown because it is inherit for us to want to be in control of everything, to be in control of our lives, our universe. The truth we can not seem to acknowledge is we have no control, for it is the unknown that control over us. We can hide from it, shield ourselves from it, fight it with everything we create, but in the end the unknown will always win. Ignorance is bliss, a sentiment I so longingly wish I could go back to, but once you see the unknown with your own eye's, well... there is no going back home, returning to your life before. Some things are too painful, and they leave scars deep within you and open wounds that can not heal, and you know deep down that you can never return to a simple life. I believe that there is a way to find peace in myself, that there is a way to live happy knowing the truth. But I know that finding it will hurt more and cause even deeper scars. Its not a question if it exists, it is a question of how far and how much pain your willing to suffer to find it.

- Ian Bannister

"Ignorance is bliss."

The voice was deep, the words came out as somewhat of a light southern accent covered by a scratchy undertone of one who had his throat damaged. Cass stood up within the cell as he locked eye's with the mercenary who stood before him, the reaction was almost instantaneous as the man before him grabbed his head with both hands. He covered his ear's as his face contorted with overwhelming pain that felt like a cutting migraine ripping his brain to pieces inside of his own head. His mouth opened wide as he screamed violently, uncontrollably. The other mercenaries jumped from their seats in a panic as they ran to their ailing comrade but it was no little comfort are avail as they were thrown back in a panic induced by the pain within his head, the adrenaline coursing through their friends body overpowering.

"Make it stop! Make it stop! MAKE THE VOICE STOP!"

The man screamed the words, his voice cracking from the pain, he fell to his knee's heavily with a thud on the metal lining of the floor, his eye's were wide as red lines jutted through the sclera. The screams of the other mercenaries were little to nothing to the man now, he could not hear them as they tried again to grab him, to restrain him but he stood like a man possessed and threw them all back with a manic rage. As the men hit the ground the mercenary made his way forward releasing his hands from his ears, he held out his hand as Cass looked down at his right arm. With his other hand he placed his fingers near the center of his arm as a compartment open within his forearm. Inside it was the electrified rod surrounded by mechanical technology, ripping the rod out of his arm, Cass clicked it to life as it extended right as the mercenary hit the release on his cell, the screen that imprisoned him went down as Cass drove the rod into the mans neck. He launched forward and grabbed him as the surge of electricity drove his body numb, in one fell movement he turned him around and wrapped his arm around his neck and locked it in just in time for the other mercenaries to get back to their feet looking on him in shock but more in confusion.

It seemed that the entire world had stopped for everyone in the room, prisoner and mercenary alike just looked on in disbelief and mass confusion.

"Would you like to know the secret humans are too afraid to admit? Well that secrets quite simple, you see men like yourselves come to believe that your always in control. The truth well, the truth is that control is an illusion, a vague concept really, meant to bring us a meaningless comfort so we can sleep at night. Everything in this existence has meaning and purpose, every event, even breath has a reason to be. Right now your wondering what to do so your friend does not suffer an unfortunate death, well let me make it simple for you. Your reason to exist at this exact moment, the reason for this exact event, is your going to move out of my way. I am going to jettison myself from this ship to the planet we will soon be passing, my reasons for this are my own, I have no wish to hurt this man anymore or to take his life. I am not like this filth in these cells regardless of what you THINK you know about me. But have no illusions I will kill him if you force my hand and then you will see something you will never go back from. I am ready to do what is necessary to obtain my goals, the question is... are you ready to risk the life of your friend for one prisoner whom means nothing to anyone?"

The sudden impact was hard, hard as a car going one hundred miles and hour and slamming into a wall, the entire ship rocked violently and everyone within the make shift prison was launched off their feet slamming into the floor and walls they were nearby. The lights in the area went dark as they exploded in a cascade of sparks, the alarms on the ship suddenly went off, they were deafening. The loud creaking came suddenly, the sound of metal being pulled at great strengths. Somewhere in the ship their was a violent sounding explosion as the wall caved in completely from unknown damage and the vacuum of space flooded the ship like a whirlwind pulling everything not latched down out into the inky blackness of nothingness. The ship quickly loses power to the engines and the controls become useless in the wake of the unknown force that hit it. Dead like an EMP went off the ship slips into the gravity of the huge planet off to the left.

Everything was spinning as Cass came to, the alarms were blaring in his ears as he could feel warmth dripping down his forehead. He looked up to see the entire area blanketed in red light provided by emergency power. What had happened and what the hell was going on, his head pounded, his brain thumping violently against his skull as he made it shakily back to his feet. It didn't matter now, he had to make it to an escape pod and get off the ship. Cass walked forward as the entire ship seemed to moving in a downward motion, the table nearby was sliding slowly in a slant towards the far wall. Cass hit the wall shoulder first as the dizziness hit him hard but slowly subsided, nearby one of the mercenaries whom was regaining consciousness began trying to get back up. Cass walked over to him slowly and without hesitation drove his bare foot into the mans head knocking him unconscious. Feeling the sudden pain in his side after the kick Cass reached down, a small shard of glass was sticking out of his side.

Gritting his teeth Cass inhaled hard and grunted as he grabbed the chunk of glass at its edges, he clinched his teeth together hard as he ripped the shard of glass out throwing it away. He let out his breath as he quickly ripped off a chunk of his shirt and rolled it up pressing it over the wound. He had to move, had to get to the escape pods, he did not know what the hell was happening but he knew that the downward motion and the absent sound of the engine and the slow movement of the ship meant they were being pulled by a gravity well. Without power the ship would tear itself apart in the atmosphere of the large planet they were now going to collide with.
@Dusksong

Either or im fine with both. Whichever one is easier.
Okay I made the zeroeth post by mistake don't know why I didn't know that I got it up and visi now.
@Dusksong

The alarms were blaring loudly, the red flashing lights were illuminating the dank and darkened cprridor of steel lined concrete, they continuously flashed in a never ending cycle as various screams could be heard combined with various bouts of different gunfire. It all seemed to clash together into a form of pure chaos as smoke of black vapor sifted from down the corridors. Cass slowly raised his head, his eye's diverted from the floor to the thick triple layered bullet proof glass that served as the door to his cell. The four by four cell in which he sat was barren aside from the small bunk he sat on and the toilet in the corner which served as a make shift sink all the same. Slowly removing himself from the bunk he approached the glass and raised his hand almost casually as it touch the glass pushing on it as it shifted. It slipped open like a door as he saw looked upon the steel locking mechanisms that once held it closed, it seemed that the main power to the facility was cut and that disabled the automated locking mechanisms on his level. Cass walked into the darkened hall looking left and right, the other cells on his level were all opened and emptied, the screams to his left signified the inmates were all down by the security checkpoint. To his right he saw the darkened figure sprawled on the ground, he approached silently looking down upon the prison guard. He had known him, at least as much as a prisoner might know a guard, he had been here on this level ever since Cass had arrived and probably long before that.

Cass bent down and put his fingers to the mans throat, there was no pulse and the skin was becoming cold and clammy already, he was dead. It seemed that he had stood no chance against the sudden freedom of twenty violent prisoners, Cass combed the guards body quietly letting his hand slip into one of the dead mans pockets, he pulled out an old blackened wallet and flipped it open revealing a few pictures of children and personal identification. Cass said nothing nor made any impression as to if this dead man made him feel anything or not. Slipping the wallet into his side pocket he reached forward again and slipped his hand into the mans armor and grabbed the electrified baton within that the other inmates were too stupid to realize was there.

"Don't you move scum!"

Cass bent back up hearing the voice behind him, turning half his body he caught a glimpse of a beaten and bloodied guard holding tightly onto his sidearm.

"I SAID don't MOVE!"

Cass said nothing as he turned his body back around to where he could no longer see the guard, he looked down at the stun baton in his hand, the guard behind him approached cautiously his footsteps echoing and his breathing getting louder. Cass heard the the small hissing release of the restraints behind him. It seemed the man did not realize Cass was armed, a mistake that was none the less caused by an oversight caused by the mass panic of the prison break happening. Cass felt the guard grab his wrist intending to put the cuff on him, the guard yelped in surprise as Cass wrenched his wrist free and turned, with a click of the red button upon the handle of the baton it extended as the electrified metal flew into the guards neck. He flew sideways the huge jolt throwing his body into a mess of spasms before smashing the wall then the ground. Cass lowered the baton as he watched the guard, almost meticulously, crawl for his gun, his body tightened from the electric shock. Cass stepped forward silently and bent down grabbing the gun from the floor slowly bending back up. He looked down at the guard, his face was contorted into an anger riddled with fear of death as Cass raised the gun and pointed it at his head.

"DO IT! I will NEVER help you! SO DO IT!"

The man screamed with desperation closing his eye's waiting for the end, Cass said nothing as he flipped the gun in the air catching it by the barrel and swung it in one swift movement. The metal struck the guards head hard, his eye's no doubt rolling back in his head as he fell unconscious. Cass bent forward removing the ID card from his pocket before bending back up looking at the man, he looked like he would say something but merely turned and walked silently down the corridor. Bodies littered the floor as he approached the security checkpoint, prisoners and guard alike almost hand in hand. It was almost fitting in a morbid sort of way, walking through the fresh blood his bare feet left imprints on the concrete floor.

Cass stood upon the snow, he could feel his feet stinging from the ice crystals upon his toes, he looked upon the area silently, it was nothing more then a flurry of snow for as far as the eye could see within the huge storm that was covering the area. The screams had died down now, the fighting still concentrated within the prison itself now as apposed to outside the walls, the prisoners no doubt having no idea how to get free of the walls that bound them, fighting for a freedom they would never see. That was the point was it not? Cold Steel was not just a normal high security detention center, it was in fact a literal maze of hallways and corridors. It was built this way specifically so that only one who knew the layout of the facility could ever find the entrance. It was but one of the defense mechanisms in case of a prisoner revolt, it was however a useless measure to Cass, with his ability to remember things like a camera would imprint in a picture he still remembered the way out from the day they brought him here. It was the second defense measure that would be a bit harder to bypass, the entire area surrounding the prison was surrounded by nothing but a snowy frozen hellish piece of land, there was nothing out there but death. Any prisoner who made it this far would no doubt take their chances and wade into the snow hoping to find a way out, but the only thing they would find is a frozen death trap.

No there was no escape that way however there was a way to evacuate the area they were in and it was in the form of a secretly hidden ship that was kept in a large underground area near the prison. It truly was amazing how much one could learn when guards talk to much and don't think anyone is really listening. Cass breathed in the cold but refreshing air as he let himself taste the free air deeply before turning and walked towards the east end of the prison, it was time.

Cass let his frozen toes hit the cold steel of the ramp that lead into the medium sized transport ship in front of him. The entire area around him was empty, void of any life, unexpected in a way but he supposed the entire security force was in the prison trying to quell the revolt taking place. Didn't matter to him, just made things a bit more simple, besides, the staff of the prison were pretty sure no one prisoner could not only find their way out of the maze but also to this hangar alive so why have security here guarding the transport? Cass tossed the guards ID aside by the ramp and made his way to the cockpit of the ship, this was the third and final defense mechanism, the one final irony that none of the prisoners ever figured out. This was not a prison on Earth, no in fact it was prison situated on another planet entirely and it was the only facility period on the entirety of the planet. It was a rather clever tactic transporting prisoners on a windowless ship so they would never suspect they were in fact leaving Earth at all, make them think that escaping on foot would lead them anywhere, it was in a way the ultimate ruse was it not? Ruses however were for little children who did not know better. Five years in this steel box was more then enough to figure out how to escape it, in fact he had figured it out in much less time then that, but a revolt took considerably more time especially when your never allowed outside your cell aside from very rarely an hour in months.

It was unfortunate however that the ones he had convinced to cause the revolt would never make it out alive none the less to this ship, irony was a bitch and he did not intend on taking passengers to begin with. Cass flipped the switched on the console one by one as the system of the ship roared to life, lights flickered on one by one as he prepared for take off.

"Look! A ship! That is our ticket out of here! Hurry its preparing to leave!"

Well it seemed there some prisoners had escaped after all, Cass raised himself from the seat and took the gun from the seat next to himself and walked back into the cargo hold just in time to see at least six or more men hustle into the ship. Cass pointed the gun at them as they came to an immediate stop. It seemed none of them were armed with actual guns but blunt objects they had no doubt used to smash skulls in. Cass flicked the gun down motioning for them to drop their weapons, not like they had a choice the distance was more the enough to take them all out before they approached him. They had no choice, they dropped their weapons as Cass eyed them all.

"Look man we don't no trouble with you, we are prisoners just like you... we just want out of this hell hole just like you. An it seems like you know how to fly this thing so we definitely need you if that brings you any help in trusting us even a little."

Cass made no expression as he thought about it for a couple seconds, there were some benefits to having some willing lugs around at least for now. There no point in killing them as he was not some murderer like the rest of these animals in these cells. Cass lowered the gun and nodded his head, he motioned for the prisoners to get strapped in by pointing the gun towards the seats littering the sides.

"Thank you, truly I mean it."

Cass said nothing ignoring the thanks, it made no real difference to him either way. Walking back into the cockpit he strapped himself in, it was time to escape this frozen hell once and for all.

Gunfire could be heard all over the space station, the screams of men mixed into, it was almost like Dejavu as Cass sat silently within his small makeshift bedroom. They had been living on this space station now for months since their departure from Cold Steel. It was the best place to go for a bunch of criminals in all honesty, there was not much out here in ways of civilization and what civilization there was actually was did not travel this far, at least ever since Cybertek shut down their station out here. It was a piece of junk but it served as a temporary haven. But it seemed that the group of loud and often violent criminals he had allowed to board the ship in his escape finally managed to bring in the mercenaries that had been searching for them. No doubt as a direct result of their inability to not to make a huge racket when requisitioning food and supplies from the few settlements that existed in this area. It was only a matter of time really, then again some things were worth waiting for. Those criminals would not long survive the day if they fought with those mercenaries, but their pride and lust for remaining free would inspire them to do just that. If they died then it was one less thing to worry about when it was said and done.

"Where is that silent bastard!?"

Cass heard the remark and that would no doubt be referring to him as he had not spoken even a word since before they meant and long after for that matter. Life with them had been rather interesting to say the least, they would often come up with reasons for why he would not talk, even going as far as to say his balls had been ripped off and rendered him a girls high pitch squeal causing him to remain silent. Their stupidity was quite comical at times, but his isolation with them was near its end at least and that was something worth looking forward too. They were serving their purpose now, the reason why he chose to keep them around. He looked up as his door flew open and the leader of the little band of fools stumbled in breathing hard, blood was dripping down his forehead.

"Hello! Were having a bit of a crisis here as if you couldn't hear! Why don't you make yourself useful for once and help us!"

Cass looked at the man silently but said nothing and made no motion to move or help them in anyway. He had no intention of intervening at all for this was their fight to wage not his. The man clearly frustrated at Cass's lack of caring launched forward and picked up Cass by his shirt and pinned him into a wall breathing into his face.

"All right iv had enough of this silence bullshit! For months you have done literally nothing. You just sit in here all alone, eat our food that we gathered and contribute nothing! Were under attack by mercenaries who are going to take us back to prison and I am not going to go back! You understand!? Your going to help or so help me..."

Cass widened his eye's as he bore his into the man's almost instantly the man backed away tripping over a small table getting back to his feet quickly away from Cass. The fear was evident in his eye's.

"What the hell... what the hell are you!?"

The man had screamed the words but suddenly a shot rang out and the man went completely limp as electricity coursed through his entire body and he fell face first to the floor like a plank of wood falling forward off a wall. No sooner had he fallen did a masked man quickly enter the doorway. Cass stood their silently an made no move to do anything, without any fast movements he put his hands up and crossed his fingers putting them on top of his head, his eye's were emotionless as he slowly lowered down to his knee's.

Cass sat silently within the confined cell inside the large ship he had been transported into not even a few hours ago as it moved slowly through space. The other prisoners were all in separate cells, aside from their capture and eventual return to the Cold Steel Facility they were chatting idly. It was interesting how a caged animal could become to content so quickly knowing their fate, irony was a bitch once again after all. Across from Cass the small band of mercenaries were sitting at a table playing cards with each other, no doubt patting themselves on the back for their next paycheck. One of them in particular kept stealing glances over at Cass who merely stared right back without even the slightest hint of emotion in his eyes or face.

"That man is definitely weird, I have been doing this job a long time but that man for some reason just gives me a bad vibe you know what I am saying."

"Trying living with him for months, he has never spoken a word even once the whole damn time. Even at the prison he never spoke a word. Five years he was the freak of Cold Steel."

Cass listened to the prisoners and mercenaries alike talk about him like they were bosom buddies, it was weird that captured prisoners and mercenaries who captured them could talk so hand in hand. Cass watched the mercenary get up and wonder to his cell, he stopped outside the door and just stared at him as if trying to figure something out. He cocked his head quietly, Cass merely returned his stare making eye contact.

"You don't like to talk uh? I remember you chap, your the one who tried to smuggle those Xenomorphs onto Earth and got caught. I remember you said something before they carted you to Cold Steel, you were right about that prison not being able to hold you, but I guess us ignorant fools got one up on you didn't we smart guy?"

Cass said nothing to the man, however he did purse his lips into a rather sinister smile as if he knew something that none of them did, soon very soon.
