Personality: Arvin, to put it simply is the " Ass-hole". He would verbally punish his peer's if they would try to connect with him. Though, in times of need, he would show you on how much of a necessity he is, no matter how much of a pain he is.

Powers:
Weapon(s): Arvin has an assortment of Magical weapons, known as Artifacts, though his most frequent is the: Boot of the Internal: The User of this Artifact can allow them to jump to great highs, and able to fall without any pain. Ring of Selzar: The Ring of Selzar is pretty powerful. It hides the formation of the spell, making other Sorcerers confused on what spell he would use, though there will be a hint of magic, making that a flaw, as the enemies would know he would do magic. This would also speed up his spell time, covering about half of the time to conjure a weapon. The Ring would also be a replacement of a Sling ring
Weaknesses: Magic: With magic comes with a price. That price is his body. Every time when Arvin would do a huge amount of magic, it would put a strain on his body, and with enough strain, he wouldn't be able to do magic. The Ring: The ring, even, though speeds up his spell time, also worsens the pain. Education: Arvin grew up with the knowledge of an 8th grader, so Intelligence is not really his best suit.
Current Residence: Mobil. Kamar-Taj, New York, Hong Kong, London.
Backstory: [Little is known about his history, the only known people to know is the Ancient one, whom wouldn't tell us much.].Arvin Galin was a young boy, with a very messed up family. One day, he thought that enough was enough, and he ran away. One reason of this is because he believed it was his fault that his family was so broken.
  It was a month in, and he was still surprised he was still alive, living on scraps and leftover food, hitchhiking with dangerous people, Arvin learned to survive. It was one very cold winter night that he saw something that changed his life, magic. No one knows what Arvin saw, but it made his jaw drop. He soon followed the man into the New York Sanctum. He lived in the shadow's of the Sanctum, until caught by the Ancient one. Luckily, she let Arvin into Kamar-Taj. From that day, Arvin had changed his name, ashamed of his old Sirname, Galin, and from hence fourth, he was known as Arvin Talon.
  The first year was a bad one, he wasn't "Born for the Mystic Art's." He struggled, but he had learned quickly. Around that first year, he thought he wasn't able to do magic, he mine as well learn how to fight. He was taught in many Martial Arts, and learned how to use them, that took about 5 years. After he had mastered them, he went back to magic, and this time, he was more coordinated in doing magic.
  After he had been taught all he is supposed to know, he was soon dubbed "Master Talon.". Although all the Sanctums all had protectors, he then instead did jobs for the Ancient One. He was supposed to stop people from knowing about magic, and from stopping Rouge Sorcerers from doing things that the public might see.  

Other:Martial Arts: Learning it from Kamar-Taj, Arvin learned how to use ones weight against themselves, and learning how to hit quick and hard.
Wise: Arvin, though very uneducated, is very street-smart, knowing how to deal with people and gangs.
