On the subject of how our characters know each other...

Edo and Sky can be childhood acquaintances. Epik could be working on Edo's ship. Mace and Sky could have crossed paths at some point and might even have worked together on a bounty once before, then they split up again and went their separate ways.

This leaves the Jedi, the Sith and the Shaper.

@Shard Considering both Edo and Sky are from Nar Shaddaa, would it be too much of a stretch they were friends or at least acquaintances? News of an elite, deadly bounty hunter and reliable, skilled smuggler, both orphaned from youth, would pass around many a mouths and ears I would think.

Uhm, I'm a bit confused. I've noticed how some people post immediately in the character section while others wait here for approval. Uh, I might have missed something but...shouldn't you post your character here first before throwing it into the character pile?

I think you are all looking to deep into it and are looking past the obvious events that could happen. Anyways I didn't say this was one big group rp as not everyone has the same goal. This is a rp where people can choose to go off alone and have their character do their own thing, or be in a group. Its about the characters goals. There's an over arcing story, but the main point is to allow characters to go off and do other things.

Which btw chances of people knowing who and who isn't a jedi on sight is dang near impossible unless they're wearing the robes outright showing they're a jedi. Same goes for the Sith, and remember these are people that hate FU's so you reveal yourself expect an extreme reaction.
