@HekazuI was looking forward to enjoying this RP thread, but like you, I'm kinda feeling the same way about it...
@RazeThere was atleast an attempt, so even if you do end up scrapping this, atleast there's something to take from here, right?

If anything, I would suggest trying something new with the idea of a JoJo RP thread... like maybe a new location and such, like maybe Russia? I don't know, honestly, but nonetheless I'm fine with any decision made...

Given the time of day and locale, there were few places Joudan would want to be since moving to Morioh.
Namely, the place he'd want to be at was the park. Morioh, to him, happened to be several things:
A warm community, often bright and sunny despite the yellow skies. "Welcome to Morioh," he'd mused to himself while getting dressed.
Dressed in his usual semi-formal attire. In the year of 1999, there were several strange things he'd heard about, but it's been long since then. Most of the strange things were in the form of tourist attractions. In particular, these were part of the reason he came...

Anyhow, it was at the park where he'd encounter the beauty of nature. Birds chirping, the grassy hills waving with the wind, fountain streaming, various people enjoying what a beautiful du-- how beautiful Morioh was. While he didn't encounter the nameless delinquent girl, Joudan was bound to encounter atleast several others. Trouble or not.

Name: Joudan Shoto
Joudan, physically, is an averagely athletically built adult male. Not too terribly muscular, just reasonably fit.
Outfit normally consists of a semi-formal attire:
A navy blue sweater with a white collared shirt/black tie underneath, dark blue jeans, and dressy black leather shoes.

Stand Name: Inside Your Love
Inside Your Love takes a humanoid shape upon manifestation. As tall as its master, it appears to be a bit more slender.
IYL has more of a mechanical look as opposed to a more organic look.
The head is vaguely human, but rather than ears, there are antennae similar to that of what appears on a radio.
The eyes also appear to be triangular and made of glass.
The chest is clear, showing gears of sorts in different sizes.
The arms and legs are thin and covered in wires, hands similar, but with odd "holes"(read: miniature cannons) in the palms.
The feet in particular are segmented and disjointed.

A pair of reading glasses that hang from his collar.
A generic wristwatch that doesn't appear to work anymore. Hands are stuck at "8:15."
Checkered wristband, black and red with a star pattern.

Bio:
Joudan Shoto, a bright young man of 29 years, from Osaka.
Normally, his profession is that of a teacher for the disabled.
However in recent times, he has taken time off and traveled to Morioh.
He hopes to learn more about the town and its residents, learn of all the locales and tourist spots so he may tell his class about them.
Not much is known about his origins, but he is a friendly individual nonetheless. He can be a bit sarcastic at times.
Only time will tell on what happens with him in Sunny Morioh.

Perhaps there's a bit of world building to be done, something we all can do together.
However I'd also like to say that as far as personal things go, @Raze, take your time.
Please don't overwhelm yourself trying to cater to everyone.

Also going to note that in light of the problem about a lack of actual characters posted, I posted mine with the materials I was given. Hopefully this makes it easier.
