Standing 172 cm tall and weighing approx 81 kg with a lean muscular build. He's been hitting the gym alot lately getting prepared for the entrance exams. He has a blue skin tone with red strips across random parts of his body. His turbine wrists appear to be metallic in nature.

He calls his quirk Turbine His forearms from elbow to wrist are bulbous and expanded tube like structures that look and act like miniature jet engines, open at the elbow and the wrist, his hand going through it as if he was wearing big metal gauntlets. The blades inside of his forearms spin extremely fast drawing in air on the front and expelling it through the other side. If the blades spin the other way, air is drawn in through the back and expelled through the front. This allows him to create a cyclone suction effect that draws in a vacuum of wind, or he blows air through the front with a powerful air blast whatever he's pointing his arm at. For the suction effect the closer the items are, the stronger the pull is, with the effect wearing off to a slight breeze at about 30 meters. For the air blasting effect effect, he can apply enough force to actually propel himself off the ground and achieve flight for a very limited amount of time (9 seconds of prolonged use) or knock someone off their feet at close range.

He can put his hands together to amplify the effect, but he hasn't figured out how to have one of his jets spin one way, and the other arm to spin the other way. There is also a noticeably slow down, speed up, period, so he cant use suction and then blast instantly. From full suction to full blast, it takes about three seconds.

The quirk requires that both sides of the turbine cylinder be open for air intake and outtake. He also needs to be careful that nothing gets sucked up that can damage the interior blades. Sucking up nails or bolts or bits of metal would not be a good idea. If anything gets clogged in the turbine, it will no longer function, requiring a complicated and lengthy cleaning process. Additionally he needs to eat oily and greasy foods on a daily basis otherwise the turbine begins to lose lubrication and could seize up during use, which is debilitatingly painful, cramping the seized limb which needs time to recover. This also happens when he tries to push things over his limits, like with the six seconds of extended flight. His power quickly dwindles, and if he forces it beyond that point, the blades will seize up just like as if he didn't lubricate them. Obviously, while his forearms are naturally plated for added protection, if anything dents the plates, it's as painful as a natural bone break and will need to heal as normal.

  "What am I supposed to say here. I want to save everyone. I want to be the best there is. I want to see justice and peace throughout the world. I'm not going to lie to you. All that stuff does sound great but I'm not doing this for idealism, or for my family, or the greater good. I want to be a pro -because I can. I want the notoriety, I want the fame. I want to be the one that people will look to and get inspired. Write books about, put more little dreamers in this chair right where I'm sitting at now, talking about how the I inspired them to push their limits and stand up. Yeah, that sounds pretty sweet. And not going to lie, getting a thank you every now and again from someone is nice too."

  He makes a face, a silly question. "What kind? The best kind of course. Oh wait, you wanted specifics. I want to tackle big problems. Be a real household name. But- I think I'd try to do more with it. Champion a cause. See what the kind of changes I can make. I think I'm more concerned with the right now then the future. Ask me again in three years when I'm a pro."

  "Only five huh? Confident, Achieving, the best student in my primary school. I've been training all my life to be the best that I can, so that I could be sitting here one day. I've lived in a hero family, living for a hero name, and personifying the hero ideal. Two more. But I've screwed up before, tried to rush it, and I'm not so proud to realize that I've a long way to go. And so, back on the path, back on the right, and showing what I can do." He thought it sounded cool for a moment before his gaze shifted, maybe it was a little aggrandizing...
• What are you interests and hobbies?
  
  "My family time and schooling kept me busy, but I'm really not much different from anyone else. I see the movies, I read the mangas, I know the memes. I didn't have alot of time to myself with training for days like this or studying so I made sure to blow off steam whenever I can. I guess my favorite hobby, well... it's track actually. Running, it's just soothing. The need for speed I guess."
• Are there any notable accomplishments you want to us to be aware of?
  
  I've been trained by pros. I know the ins and outs of the hero job and lifestyle. Sometimes I'd get to follow with them on patrols after school, and occasionally there'd be a problem. I didn't get involved or anything, I wasn't stupid enough to get the agency in trouble, but sometimes things happened. Back draft from a fire would send a poor old lady out a window, and thank goodness I was there to catch her. Discrete and efficient."
• Tell us something about your quirk that most might not know? Any events or memories, be it joyous or ill, tied to it?
  
  He goes quiet for a moment, thinking. "I- I once tried to fly. I once tried to use my powers to create a super move. rocketing like a jet through the air, fist raised and smashing into a wall, then using my other jet to blast it apart. A real rocket punch! I timed it perfectly. I only managed to do it once, and yeah, got sent to the hospital but... it was one of the greatest feelings of my life. I felt like I could do anything after that." Despite the positive demeanor of his answer, his hands and shoulders noticeably tighten up.
• Why should we consider you over the other applicants? What can you offer that they cannot?
  
  Hiroki gives a smug little grin. "Versatility. Pulling in civilians, blasting away baddies. One day I'll even be able to really fly. Eventually most heroes find their niche, the thing they are best at that uses their quirk to the greatest effect. But the pros, the pros don't niches. They can fight in any situation, save lives no matter the circumstance. How many times has there been a problem where 'heroes' had to wait for the proper backup? Real pros never have that problem. They don't settle. Just like me, I won't settle. When I'm a hero, I'm going pro. Saving lives, catching criminals. Honestly how could you refuse such a promising asset? Gentlemen."

Let me know, cause I have another quirk for another character if youd rather just flat out ignore the stretch power. Basically Jet Turbines in the forearms that spin one way to draw in like a cyclone or spin the other way to expel out as wind blasts.

I made the adjustments. It's really only his limbs at present that can reached out with the limitations we discussed.

If its really not working for you, all I need is another picture, change appearance [or not, like pinky he could just be a weird color, purely cosmetic mutation] and use Fold A Body like Edge Shot but only being able to use his limbs at present for stretching himself, things like his head and torso are too difficult. He loses the vulnerability to fire and water though.

Again I was going for something thematic.

I hear ya. So what I'm gonna do is adjust the quirk so that theres an extended limit but only up to 12 meters. After that its get too thin and gets weaker the farther it is, and is more at risk.

That sounds fair. Making the limb very risky to be too thin or having it give with the attack like other stretch heros do, absorbing the shock and bending with the attack.

In MHA, Dupli-Arms got a hand cut off but he kind of regenerated it. I guess it was thinking the same. He still got the tentacle bloodied but it healed up because it was just a smaller piece of his body.

But to say that would mean my character would have the ability to regenerate lost limbs maybe with the absorbance of paper. It could be slow healing but it would be a way to replace significant damage so it's not a liability.

Over the top spectacle is MHA, with physics almost tossed out the window as with most animes. I'm actually acting within scientific bounds by what paper can do and I'm still getting resistance.

It's a stretch power.

Let's keep it simple. An unfolded arm is only going to be a few sheets of his arm. If they get cut, or damaged, he gets damaged but the limb isnt cut off.
He loses the sheets, sustaining an injury and weakening the limb. Some of the sheets torn represent damage but he loses some stability

Again I refer to the anime read or die. Paper is also made of carbon, same things as diamonds, all that matters is bonds. Tearing one paper is easy. Try tearing 30 at once. That's still pretty thin but significantly harder.

If you want me to get scientific papers about how just 20 sheets of paper have been known to resist slicing of knives and can act as make shift armor, 7inches stops a bullet, or the tensile strength of paper adds exponentially per sheet layered. But I'm trying to keep it simple. He cant lift more than a typical athlete with it, adding in leverage and mechanical physics.

It's a stretchy power that's just for visual theme.

Looks like that, the anime read or die is a big inspiration for the power. Literally people control paper. The effects are awesome.

The arm essentially is like stacked paper that rolls out. But connected. Like the tape but they are just extended limbs.

If he stretches past a point he needs to use paper from another part of his body. Its like fold a body, more of and more of him go into reach out but he cant seem to fly the way edgeshot seems to, or at least reaching past a building. The longer he reaches the more he stretches out but be cant send all of his limbs in different directions past a certain point.

Example. Past twelve meters, his other arm gets smaller as the papers shift to slide over to the other arm to provide more reach and stability

Standing 172 cm tall and weighing approx 81 kg, Hiroki's entire body is actually composed of multiple sheets of layered paper of equal mass, folding, rolling, and bending into a humanoid shape, giving him a perpetual white color. The paper sheets inter lays over each other in such a way that only close examination can determine the individual pages. Features that provide any more definition other than shaping his volume (I.E, his eyes, eyebrows, creases of his cloths) actually appear drawn in pencil and ink in multiple shades but only from a gray scale. He can fold his paper out to make simple clothes should he ever be caught naked and has limited control over some of the ink that helps with details, adding designs, but this is purely cosmetic.

He calls his quirk Origami King. He has the power to unfold his body like paper giving him reach and flexibility. When he unfolds, the papers that form his limbs look like multiple sheets of paper stuck together end to end and he can use it as a normal limb, even using it to wrap up someone at that distance. Each of his limbs can unfold up to twelve meters with little loss to tensile and tactile strength. Within that twelve meters he can layer and fold his limbs, making hard points of layers or slicing appendages. He wonders if he can unfold his limbs in other ways.

Anywhere beyond the twelve meters, the limbs become too thin and flimsy and physical strength starts to dwindle the farther he tries to reach. Additionally, they are much more prone to getting damaged severely without the thickness or flexible control to keep them protected so he goes beyond his reach at risk. The max he can reach is thirty meters if the entire limb is simply as thin as a sheet of paper, only strong enough to be held out straight and not much else.

His skin, nerve, veins, and muscle fibers are more like paper. Intact his body resembles that of the layers like he was created by a 3D printer. Fire is deadly to him, and getting him wet makes him slow and sluggish. He is a bit more resistant to blunt damage, but slashing and cutting affect him normally. A sheet of paper cut represents a normal cut, and he will bleed from the wound, staining the area red. When he exerts himself, his body gets a haggard, crinkly look and he is prone to the usual affects of fatigue with extended effort.
