It does. Billie meets Drake and Sal at the same time, I mean very few people dont, but it does have something to do with Sal.

Billie: I had dared him to freeze Alex in the bedroom while he and Justin were studying and when they finally got through Drake's ice he froze Justin in solid ice. And I'm pretty sure that's why he.laughs.

Drake: aside from Alex being pissed at me for three weeks, freezing Justin was worth it. Always had problems with him.

Yeah. I may show how Drake originally met Billie eventually because it's kind of just as sweet and explains a lot as to why Drake sees her like a sister too. But how they met has a lot to do with why they're close and why Billie hesitates to introduce him and Sal to others. (Could also possibly be the memory that Kat shows her in the other one.)

Drake: ask her what she dared me one day, you'll laugh.
