The familiar isn't exactly bound to him, but he has been taking care of him for a while, so Kingsley is his familiar without being his familiar if that makes sense.

It's a possibility, though small because DuPage is all about history and he knows historically how things like that tend to go. But it is possible. I figure he is, solely since he may be the only skin walker teacher. And honestly, he could go to either one, his choice, I guess it depends on the situation.
