Hello! For those of you who don't know me, I'm Siren. I have been role playing for a little over ten years now, and I absolutely love to write. This being said, I have to let you know a few things before you continue on. I am a new mother, I work full time, and sometimes I randomly disappear from the site for days, even weeks, at a time. Normally when I come back, I am refreshed and ready to go again, but my life is always a little hectic. Even when it's not at its worst.
Anyway, a few things to know if you are interested in role playing with me:
-First and foremost, I cannot be expected to reply to IC posts on a daily basis. I have too much going on in real life and it comes before anything else. I will, however, pop on through out the day and reply to OOC chat.
-I write in the advanced range. I enjoy writing and I can get a little wordy from time to time, but I normally don't post any less than five paragraphs per post. I will not do one liners at all, but that doesn't mean I expect my partners to match the length of my posts either.
-I love playing more than one character. I at least ask for partners to double, as I like playing two mains, one of each gender. I have been known to play more characters than just two though, and often encourage it.
-I also enjoy world building. Whether the world itself is derived of a pre-existing one, or one we create together, I enjoy it.
-I ask that any role plays be in threads, as they are the easiest for me to keep up with.
-I am a sucker for romance and drama, so romance will be at the very least a sub-theme. And, let's be honest, what fun is writing without a bit of drama?
-I don't mean to be rude, but I will not role play with anyone under the age of 18. I am in my twenties and it would just feel weird for me.
-I don't mind mature themes, but if I feel uncomfortable writing some content for one reason or another, I ask that you respect that, as I would if the roles were reversed.
-I absolutely love OOC chat, and getting to know my partners. I also feel it helps in building solid bones for a rp,
-If ever you lose interest, let me know. It won't hurt my feelings, and I'll do the same for you. I understand writer's block and sometimes people just lose interest, so no hard feelings.
-I reply off my phone mostly, so please forgive me if some of what I say is a little hard to understand, I will try to fix it if I see it.
Well, now that I'm done boring you to tears, onto the fun stuff. I do like Fandom rps from time to time, but I like original ideas more.
I enjoy anything with a supernatural feel to it, and tend to stick to modern or post modern settings.
