That is the question isn't it?

A ranked mid-powered tier fight. I have a few new characters in mind for this, so i can give you a short summary of each and have you pick one of them for me to flesh out and use.

That's fine. I have a few characters so hopefully I have something that can match up well and give you a run for your money. Shot me the ideas and I will review them, matching what I have with the synopsis of each to find a decent fight.
Time manipulation can be tricky. It can easily become OP in a hurry. Like I have mentioned before I have fought time manipulators before with the Dreamer character and had some trouble but managed it. But that is at a high level.
What did you have in mind Vordy?
My only fight is with LeeRoy and while it is ranked I am treating it more as a story exploration for the mythos of General Freedom. I am working through his attitudes towards villain archetypes. I get started on my fight and then I start thinking, what villain in his world would exhibit similar traits to ole'hothead. Then I come up with a name, then a set of powers, then why they became who they became. LOL I owe LeeRoy a great deal because I am doing more on developing the world of General Freedom than I have in a looong while.
Meh even if I toss character in this, it won't lead to a fight. I might have to assassinate a staff member to get someones ire.
No worries I just borrowed a copy of the PHB from a buddy and am reading it to decide if I want to join his game . . .LOL
Hmmm maybe I should face everyone with Jake. . .might have to so I don'y lose too much ground.
Alright guys going out to celebrate with friends. Don't burn and pilliage Liaison's place without me.
Melon you pretty much nailed why magic requires preps. A quick magic attack that is accepted against a regular defense will cause damage and possibly disrupt their prepping. A non prepped vs even a single prep defense wint break through it.
