Based on the speed listed on Melon's CS the distance can be covered in a dazzling short amount of time. Remember a human from a standing start can cover 120 feet in 4+ seconds. Covering the distance between you both can be done in a post. Can melon's character out run a hellzooka projectile? No but he can cover the distance easily.
One need not be Mary Sue-ish at all, the term "Mary Sue" is generally slapped on a character who is important in the story, possesses unusual physical traits, and has an irrelevantly over-skilled or over-idealized nature.

I don't see a demi-god with a highly advanced intellect being Mary Sue at all. If that were so Einstein would be consider Mary Sue because of his intellect compared to normal humans. Fenyman would also be considered a Mary Sue for his ability to conceptualize problems via direct characterization, and his IQ was a "mere" 125...
Sadly the anti-matter/matter exchange would be disastrous. Any encounter between particles and antiparticles, in this case the highly charged energy particles that constitute the fire breath and an equal amount of anti- fire breath particles leads to the annihilation of both, giving rise to varying proportions of high-energy photons (gamma rays), neutrinos, and lower-mass particle–antiparticle pairs. The resultant explosion could very well lead to Evvie's own demise in a flash of energy rivaling the big bang. Something I doubt Evvie could handle even as a demi-god.

Again as I said if someone were inclined to make such an area and want to have others participate in it, there would by virtue of the concepts of role-playing, have to be a way to meaningfully interact in such an environment otherwise it would be a moot in terms of multiversal exchange.
I don't know. Roleplays and players are fickle beasts. Sometimes the broken roleplays get fixed by creative writers and the good ones die of apathy.
Which would be interesting to die in one verse but be alive in another.
Yes. People throw wrenches in everything. But as I said who cares if some idiot wants to make a parallel universe where they are God? I wont go there if they are unreasonable. But if they have a compelling idea and it intrigues me I would go and explore fight perhaps even die in there if the overall story was interesting to me.
Lol oh LeeRoy I am not asking you partake in this if your hung up on these things. The big secret is your character does not have to go to these places youngster. No one is forcing anyone to go anywhere. It is pretty silly to argue about these hypothetical places...they arent. And if someone made one of these places why would you go? If its part of a character arc then you would clearly have the ways and means to deal with them for whatever plot logic you needed.
Well thats why we have starter worlds LeeRoy they are places to introduce characters, find out about other places from other characters. The possibilities for finding out things are limited by you and the other players.
Maybe. But probably not. I am fairly certain going for a spacewalk will kill you but with proper equipment humans do. Deep sea diving the same. We cannot fly naturally yet we divise ways to allow us to. Why cannot you devise ways to deal with these places?
I fail to see your complaint. Are you saying that if you visit those places somehow you are constrained?

There has to be a sense of responsibility on your part. Why would you venture to a place where someone is an asshat? If you choose to do so thats on you. Most people have common sense and if they do something ridiculous people tend to avoid them.
