Name: Toby Skinner.
Epic Identity: Nuke.
Age: 21.
Faction: Epic
Ability: Able to control kinetic energy and siphon it in many ways. Mainly in extremely destructive punches and causing earthquakes. But he can also use it as a flashlight! When using his powers, his body hardens, reflecting most bullets and breaking most blades.
Weakness: Any kind of bodily paralyzing liquid or gas.
Personality: Not very open. He hates massive amounts of attention. He makes a lot of quick jokes, most are sarcasm and one liners. He can be serious when he needs to be, he is also somewhat smart.
Appearance: Black leather jacket, White t-shirt, Black Jeans, Boots. Only part that hides his identity is an impossibly durable hokey mask. He doesn't like flashy uniforms.
Background: He was born into a basic family. Never too special. He stayed mainly off the grid, just passing through, never causing too much commotion. But in high school, he met many problems, most coming from all of these new super powered jerks. Causing complete wrecks whenever they wanted. Then, began to notice some... interesting... changes. Whenever he felt threatened or in danger, his hands and eyes would adopt a faint green-yellow glow. Over time, this happened more often and people gave him a hard time because of it. One day, some a-holes were giving him a real run for his money, by jumping him, as they beat on him, he eventually punched one of them and it wasn't pretty. He went, literally, through a wall and pretty much disappeared, meaning he was unrecognizable. So, he had the bright idea to create his mask, which took time, heat, and effort. But eventually finished it, he was astonished with how strong it was. So, he began taking out criminals when he found them, the occasional mugging or store robbing. Never anything too big. The local store owners and occasional grandma started calling him "Nuke" due to his nuclear abilities. He quickly realized that the fame wasn't for him, but he wasn't afraid to go big if needed.

Experience: He's only ever seen the Covenant once. He almost never even fired a shot. Very inexperienced against the covenant.
Bio: Born, then soon orphaned, Toby grew up in a group home with other children. Being very mischievous and care free. Holding this childish role throughout his teens, he surprisingly joined the military. He trained himself in self control and they trained him in discipline. He worked extremely to build himself. He continued to work until he got a promotion to PFC.
Then he heard of the war, how badly we were losing. So, he signed up to be shipped out to help. He heard that they were sending reinforcements, he was a little too exited for it.
Personality: Joyful and easily intrigued. It's not hard for him to find an objective and strive to overcome it. But, at times, he can be carefree and idiotic. He does have a serious side that will show from time to time.

He said as he searched for more unusual samples and traces of either the Venom, or Venom infected blood, which shouldn't be hard to find. He walked over to the unconscious guys on the ground and searched for a insignia or other marking that could show where they're from.
