My Very Brief Bio

Male, 33 years old. (I'm even more dead than before.)

Likes (other than writing and roleplaying): I'm into all genres of music. I love to cook. I love the outdoors, and walking through the park near my house. (Yes, really.) I read a lot of thriller/mystery novels. And I usually watch seasonal anime. (Or cooking shows. Because Western Media provides even fewer things that are worth watching.)

But as for my many other neglected hobbies, I've played basically every sport. (Soccer and Bowling being my favorite of the bunch.) And I'm trying to play more video games. (Going through my never-ending Steam library.) Plus, I've dabbled in making electronic & metal music, and I used to play a number of instruments. (Guitar, French Horn, etc.)

My 1X1 Interest Check: SleepingSilence's Tavern (Want 1x1 RP's? Please come in.)

Hope you have a wonderful day!

Gee, I wonder if people are hostile and overly aggressive for no reason online...I don't even know where I got the circle jerking ides from online being nearly identical to a middle school. <.<

@Grimhildr Uhhhhhhh...Wasn't trying to? <.< I agreed with your statement almost 100%. Simply corrected it didn't have to do with mainstream. I feel like I'm living on another plain of existence...

I mean your a and b sort of contradict each other. You don't deny marketing but it's invalid to say they were targeting a certain demographic because one of the leads, don't count in the grand scheme of things. I didn't say it was only meant for furries either...I said it was another demographic it targeted with the marketing...the first trailers used the word anthropomorphic. Marketing usually DOES market to specific people. That was my point.

@Grimhildr Seriously though? :P Like this isn't out of nowhere man. I liked Zootopia.

twitter.com/dannyanimator/status/70472.. The animator of the movie literally told people to send in pictures of seeing the movie in fursuits. I'm not saying this is a problem, saying denying marketing is being done is silly.

Also I agree the argument wasn't particularly fantastic. Sort of silly when both people like the genre were arguing about the genre itself, with one having the impression they didn't like the genre. :P Also, you too because mainstream wasn't a part of the argument, at least not my side.
1,2 Skip a few 99 100. 103, 104 a little more, 199, 200...jesus the counting stuff takes a while.
Oddly enough, usually writing...Let me explain. If I can't think of what to write for my current novel, I'll write some goofy shit I come up with instead. It still gives me writing practice and it eventually leads me to getting over it. Watching anime and tv, listening to music or reading novels or even exercising can get my brain juices flowing.

I use a combination of all of those things. Do whatever works for you, and if you haven't found it out yet. Try something new instead, maybe just write about how your day went and what happened in it. Then maybe consider what the guy you passed on the street is doing in his life, brainstorm and write about that. Make yourself be imaginative. If you dedicate enough time to it, you will eventually beat your writer's block, least from my experience.
