I'd think each national government would have some sort of control over the mobilization of their own internal Joe teams, otherwise they'd never get anything done unless it was an international incident.

Nope, I think I lost the creative spark for him once I tried to think up a storyline for him to get into that wouldn't involve The Fraternity in some way outside of getting hired by Cobra or something. That or the Snake Eyes concept assumed direct control of my writing time. I like to tell myself it's more-so the latter.

(That and there seems to be a lot of assassin esque characters running around nowadays.)

I won't say me finishing him is impossible. I'll see if I can get the ball restarted on him this weekend.

Also, I'm digging Bigby, hope to seem him get involved in some shenanigans with Buffy or Hellboy or what have you.

Though the fact that Peter Pan isn't his deputy saddens me greatly.
