Reese had been walking for about twenty minutes when he started to hear some movement behind him, he soon saw some figure approaching on a brahmin. He gently rested his hand on his knife as they approached him, he hoped they weren't more bandits or friends of the other bandits he had been attacked by almost a half hour ago.

“Uh yeah, I am, wouldn't be too much trouble if I could get ride would it? I could pay you.” He responded back to the red head that had spoken to him.

When she agreed, he got on and soon once again was on the move to Davenport. He was glad to have found some friendly strangers, they were few and far between, though he had a feeling that one of her companions was a little weary of him, but as long as he wasn't bothered, he wouldn't bother anyone in return.

As they continued on their trip, he listened to the three converse, not really saying too much, one being he didn't think they'd be in each others company much longer and two being that he didn't really have much to say, not that it was anything against them, he was just a rather quiet person, who he was a far as he could remember. He soon looked over when the town had been mentioned, he was glad that they were nearly there, deciding that he wanted to stretch his legs and walk the rest of the way, he got off the brahmin, paying for his trip and continuing on by walking, it wasn't much further now and he didn't need to rid the whole way to town.

Eventually he got to what seemed like a checkpoint of sorts, eventually being let in after he told them he was just passing through and wanted a place to rest for the night. He glanced around the town as he entered, seeing it fairly busy with life, he wondered if it was even busier where he was heading, well he would find out when he got there, in the mean time, he needed to find an inn or something for him to stay.

He soon found a place to stay, paid for the room and then decided to have a look around, seeing the people he had been riding with enter what looked like a gun shop decided to head there, perhaps get his weapon cleaned and fixed up a bit or at the very least have a look around at what was being sold. When he entered he saw them in the middle of a conversation, deciding to at least wait till they were done talking, though he couldn't help himself as he listened in a little on what was being discussed, though he would butt in to affairs that weren't his, some people liked their business private and could be volatile if it was intruded upon.
Sorry for not posting anything, been really busy, will get something up tonight.

The long, seemingly unending, damaged road was starting to take its toll on the man in the brown duster traveling down it, his trek through five or so states had been a long one, taking months and that was just plain wandering at the time, he had no idea why he had decided to travel out there, though that had changed after hearing a few rumors about a land that had fresh crops and was seemingly undamaged by the fallout that happened a century ago. The only thing that had made his trip a little easier was when he got on a transport Vertibird, he would've liked to fly the whole way to this mythical land he kept hearing about, but they couldn't fly that far, so it was walking again for him, which he had been doing for about three hours now, signs as he passed showing the distance being shorter and shorter.

He took a break and sat down underneath some metal that provided shade as he took a swig from his canteen, glancing out at the wasteland as the heat of the sun beat down on it. He sighed and then soon stood up after putting his canteen away, knowing he'd get no closer to his destination lying around and continued on his way towards the Outer Bank Republic.

As he made his way further down the road, he noticed a woman crying over a man and his good nature couldn't refuse to ignore someone in need.

“Excuse me, is everything alright?” He asked the woman as he placed his hand on her shoulder.

“No! Stay back!” She shouted as she jumped up and away from Reese.

“It's alright, I'm not going to hurt you, I just want to know what's wrong.” He spoke calmly, raising his hands up halfway to show he wasn't an enemy.

“M-My friend, he's hurt, can you help him?” She asked hopefully.

“I don't know, what happened?” He responded as he took off his pack and then started to examine the man, checking his pulse, not really noticing the woman slowly make her way behind him.

“He just collapsed, I don't know why.” She spoke with a grin and then pulled out a pistol and pointed it at his head, the seemingly unconscious man on the ground soon shooting his eyes open with a grin and then pulled out a knife, pointing it at Reese.

“Well well, looks like we caught us a good one.” The man spoke as he began rifling through Reese's bag.

“What does this fool have?” The woman spoke in a smug manner.

“Let's see, caps, couple of bullets for his gun there, some kind of roll of...tools? What's this stuff?” He asked Reese as he looked at the rolled up set of surgical equipment, a set of tools he received for having helped a doctor in Colorado, they weren't in the most pristine condition, but they were good enough to work on people with.

“Please, take the caps and even my ammo if you want, but don't take those tools, I need them.” He spoke still in a calm manner, he didn't want to have too, but he would make a move if he needed; bandits, it was typical out in the wastes, but even with this happening, he still wouldn't give up on trying to help people.

“What you is? Some kind of doctor or somethings?” He asked quizzically as he unrolled the tools, seeing a few types of scalpels and various other tools to either open or dig into the body.

“Sort of, look, you and your friend here can have the caps and ammo as I said, just leave the equipment, please.” He spoke again, though bandits were pretty thick when it came to mugging people, that and being very greedy.

“Nah, perhaps we take all your stuff and kill you or take you back to our camp, could use a doctor in there.” He chuckled.

“Last chance, I'm trying to save you two.” He spoke, not really wanting to harm them, but sometimes you had to harm people in the wastes to survive.

They both looked at each other for a second, bemused by what he said and then laughed, not believing what they thought was an empty threat.

“Oh yeah doctor fella? And what exactly you tryin' save us from?” He smirked at him, putting the items back in the bag, ready to give his partner the signal to kill Reese.

“Me.” All he spoke before pulling out his knife that had been hidden to them, quickly grabbing the woman by the wrist and stabbing her in the thigh, the action causing her to accidentally pull the trigger and hit her partner in the arm before falling to the ground.

Reese quickly grabbed his bag and then started to run, then two sets of gun shots started to ring out behind him, bullets whirling past as they narrowly missed him, they weren't the only two, two more had been hidden nearby behind some rocks and started to run towards their fallen comrades. Reese needed to find some place at a distance to get too, two reasons being that it was stupid to try and fight two armed assailants at close quarters and the second being that he hated close quarters combat, he much preferred to be at a distance where he could see everything, no doubt one of the reasons for that being his sniper training.

The man groaned as he got to his feet, clutching at his wound as he looked over the many rocks Reese managed to slip behind, “When we find you, you'll wish that we had killed you quickly!” He shouted as he grabbed the woman's gun and started to spread out a bit to find him.

Reese had managed to find a cliff, it wasn't the highest, but it had a high enough vantage point and enough debris around it to hide him, he quickly set his bag down next to him, attached the silencer he had for his rifle to the barrel and then slapped in a magazine, extended out the bipod attached to it, peering down at his would be killers. Slowly he inhaled and exhaled, slowing down his heartbeat from both running and the events that just transpired, he set his sights down at the bandits below, them looking around the area where he was no longer at.

He didn't need to check for wind and make adjustments, the air was stale and humid. He decided to go after the furthest bandit in the back and shot him in the thigh, the shot not making a sound as the suppressor did it's job and quickly the man fell to the ground, immobilized. The already injured bandit and the other one quickly turned around when they heard their partner go down and then quickly pointed their weapons at various rock cliffs, not knowing where the shot came from.

“Come out and die like a man!” The injured bandit spoke, still nervously pointing at various rocks as blood slowly trickled from his arm.

No response was given, just another silent shot happening and then the fourth bandit fell as he too was shot in the leg, screaming in pain as he gripped at the newly formed wound, the bandit with the arm wound quickly ran behind a bit of scrap and rocks that were nearby, thinking he was safe, wishing he knew where Reese was. That was one of Reese's best talents, at least with his rifle, being able to hide well when it came to long range combat, he didn't have to really move, just stay still, which is what he preferred.

“Where are you?!” The bandit shouted, firing blindly at rocks that Reese was not near, before quickly dropping his gun as the hand that had been holding it had been shot, causing the man to scream in even more pain.

With the all the bandits incapacitated, Reese pushed up the bipod, detached the suppressor from from the rifle and then ejected both the magazine and the bullet that had been in the chamber, putting it all back in his bag. Slowly he made his way down to the bandits, tossing away their guns from them and then made it over to who seemed to be the leader of the small group, at least to Reese and said, “None of you are going to die from your wounds, but I suggest finding a better way to live, next time you'll come across someone who isn't in the mood to let you all live.”

With him having said his piece, he started his long trek once more, hoping he wouldn't run into any more bandits, there was enough death in the wastes and he wasn't the one to add to it unless it was necessary.

“You just wait! We'll find you again and we'll rip you limb from limb, count on it!” The injured bandit shouted as Reese continued on his walk, a sign showing that he was only one mile away from the closest town, Davenport, perhaps he could find a place to stay for the night.
Will do, was just catching up on what everyone had been doing.
@Gurren1 Yeah, will do, sorry about that, made it last night when I was a bit tired, will fix that right up.

@CloseEnough Yeah, I figured it'd be interesting that way. :P

Edit: Fixed it, mostly had him do a lot of walking to get there, hope it's acceptable.
I'm interested in joining this, got my CS right here.

Can't wait for this to start. :)
Sorry for the delay in my post, hopefully everything's accurate, also changed the font color slightly, thought that it might be strenuous to read at night.
Kasari glanced over at the assumed Sith, listening to him disrespect Eevy, as well as the Jedi order, though it did not get a rise out of her, unlike Eevy, who she could feel through the force, starting to get frustrated.

“You know what-” Eevy started before Kasari raised her hand up in front her, both wanting her to relax as well as not get herself into further trouble. “Unlike the Sith, the Jedi forgive those that have done wrong,” She glanced over at Eevy and then back at Orias, “My former student is a good Jedi and we all make mistakes, whilst you could have been approached in a more diplomatic manner, you weren't harmed by her, so a strict punishment does not seem necessary.” She finished as the ship shuttle finally touched down to the surface.

Eevy was glad to see the man leave, though she'd be lying if she wasn't hoping he'd do something to mess up before he left the system, giving her a reason to capture him again. Though when he exited and collected his things, she was a little surprised at his politeness towards the guard, whilst some things made her think he was Sith, the more she reflected on what he had said and done during the short interrogation as well as his action just now, perhaps he wasn't Sith after all. She might have to look into what a gray Jedi was after the meeting with the Jedi Council, though she hoped that went well, she knew from old records she read that different eras of Councils were either strict or lenient with wrongs that a Jedi did, she put her faith in the force that it was the latter, perhaps only getting a slap on the wrist.

“Master, I have a question,” She spoke as they began walking towards the Jedi temple, “Master Cluyr had called that man a Gray Jedi, what exactly is that?” She spoke with a quizzical infliction.

“Well they are ones who use both the light and dark sides of the force whilst not being part of the Jedi or the Sith,” She responded and then added, “I take it you are thinking about today's events?”

Eevy nodded, “Yes, when he bowed to that guard and well, him showing you more respect than me. Normally at least from the one we encountered and the others I read about, they're rude and try killing Jedi whenever possible. However not with him, he seemed...different the more I think about it now. Plus I didn't think there was anything other than the light or dark side of the force, at least that's what it always seemed like anyways.”

“That line that some have walked in the past can be dangerous, whilst they may not serve the Sith, they don't serve the Jedi and that makes them dangerous. They tap into the dark side as well as the light and something could influence them to where they only use dark side of the force and become an enemy to us.”

Eevy knew that the dark side had its own techniques that were sometimes beneficial though the execution of them at times could be harsh, still her interests were peaked now, “Master, couldn't some of the Sith teachings be taught without falling to the dark side? You and the other masters have stated there are beneficial techniques the Sith use,” She spoke a little more chipper than before.

“Yes, but we tell all the Padawans that when they are being taught so they are informed, so they don't fall to the dark side by temptations of such a thing. You know that and I hope you're not planning on trying to learn those, you're an upstanding Jedi, little rough around the edges still, but a fine Jedi nonetheless,” She smirked at Eevy a little.

Eevy smirked back and shook her head, “I know Master, I wasn't planning on doing any thing of the such, just that the idea of being able to use some of those abilities, it could help at times,” She spoke, her smirk eventually fadding a little as she transitioned to her next train of thought. “...I know I messed up today, but I'll be better. I want to someday sit on the seat with the Council members and be a Master as well, be able to pass on wisdom like all the great Jedi before me.”

“Well then, you need to be more patient in the future, alright?”

Kasari knew that Eevy had wanted to discuss the situation that happened further and since they weren't in any rush to be anywhere until tomorrow until tomorrow, a further discuss could be had.

“I will, again, I'm sorry about today.”

“Don't worry about it Eevy and don't worry about tomorrow, it won't do you any good to be worked up about it.”

Eevy knew her master was right, the council's decision would be made and there was no sense in her panicking over what she couldn't control. When she and Kasari arrived, they went to their respective rooms and went to sleep, a new day quickly arriving and one that would hopefully be better than the previous one. Kasari had met Eevy outside her room and then they both began walking towards the Council chambers.

“You ready for this?” Kasari asked, a little concerned.

Eevy nodded, “As I'll ever be, though I doubt you have much to worry about.” She joked slightly, trying to calm herself.

Kasari could sense Eevy was nervous and then used the force, sending a calming feeling through to relax her some, though she understood Eevy's worry. She was slightly worried herself, but would just try her best to address the Council. They eventually made it to the Council chambers and when they entered, saw the other two Jedi having already arrived a few minutes before them, “Well, time to see what they have to say,” Kasari thought to herself and Eevy as well as the other two Jedi waited to be addressed.
