That's how I felt with LoK. To be fair though, three characters at once is pretty huge to me ^^'' I understand that we need to add more tension to keep things interesting, but for what their interaction has been so far I enjoy it. It feels genuine to me, and Sakura is the perfect wingman to string a little lie along.
