The Furniture quickly piled up into a formidable barricade that would doubtless keep the horde at bay for quite awhile. However the barricade also prevented them from leaving the room until it was dismantled. Light filtered in from windows set high into the walls casting a morbid hue on their little world. Jason helped the Asian survivor, whom he learned was named Kai, with a long bench and wedging it into a door along with other furniture. over the few minutes everyone had been introduced and the tension had cooled somewhat at the safety afforded by a sturdy barricade.
when the defenses where finished Jason sat down in a corner which gave him view of the exits, he was breathing a little heavy from the exertion. He leaned back closing and felt the cool concrete on the back of his head he also felt Sarah sit down next to him and felt her head on his arm. "We are alright kid, we are alright" Jason turns to the rest of the gang in the building. "So... Whats next?"
