You're describing a tv show. And the DPD is smart enough to not recruit a fake psychic *though some members may believe in it and are willing to humor her, or are unaware of whether or not her species could actually be psychic* though being revealed as a fake would be fraud. Up to you!

It surprises me that everyone finds homosexual characters rare, I am almost always the only straight male character in all RPs I join/run. Which sucks for the character cause a lot of mine are hopeless romantics. Simon will be forever married to his cafe apparently.
And it's even funnier cause in all my comics, almost every main character is gay, so I play straight ones to keep things balanced.
Skirting the border on that one, keep it PG.

So, this is always a concern, and in the past, I've made it a little easier to deal with by having a system where each post, at the beginning, mentions the name of the user you're interacting with. So for example, if I have Simon talk to...Mulivon and Dulla-chan, then my post will look something like

This'll help make sure no one overlooks interactions accidentally or gets left behind. And as this is one that focuses on interactions and such, I approve, endorse, and heavily encourage the previous remark of work together to make collaborative posts and interesting occurrences. If anything big happens, I'll try to make it obvious *town events, happenings, etc* and let everyone know, so you guys will be able to filter through my posts to check and see if something big occurred.
Did I miss any questions, remarks, or anything like that since you guys gave me....5 pages to filter through?

But, can't I have Kirei be a Psychic Detective that assists the police and solves murders because the lead detective on the case is useless aside from being pure muscle? I toned down the sentience of the car to more haunted level as opposed to a "Christine" car that wants to murder you. I think I actually might like it more this way!

Hahah... well ... I did read on everything and in my defense of this whole 'everyone seems to be gay' thing - I'm actually homosexual in life. So I have an excuse to make my characters that way. :p

Quite some craziness. Once IC starts up things will likely be pretty tough to keep track og stuff.
I believe the IC should try go for quality no quantity, so if its generally cut off and pair in a conversation it should be a joint post. Or through pms, just so people that have things to do in the day are not left behind within the rp. Just an idea, not a commandment by any means.
And wow, I know the OOC is pretty active but I didn't think I'd have quite so much to catch up on. I hope the IC isn't quite so fast paced. We don't want to risk leaving anyone behind.
