Considering they're fluid and increase as the user gets more power... not really.
Well , I didn't know that...as well with a lot of things....but I can still see how it can be limiting.

Yeah, there are. I have the ultimate weapons, because power levels don't mean an absolute lot. Besides... Crona isn't dead... no by a long shot.
The idea of power levels seems like it would limit others. I don't particularly like it.
