she is actually able to invert anything around her, as long as she understands it, but this is a earned ability and it's side effect dulls her emotion and negatively twists her morals. The seal i had originally placed on her put that ability to a kind of sleep like state. But it could still absorb negative or dark energy to resist the effects of that seal. So to keep her from remembering about the ability, and in turn keep her from trying to break the seal, her memory was tampered with. in doing so, her personality got split, with what good that was left in her being her natural state, and the bad being locked away with the inversion ability. Also, the nul zones are a branch of this ability, and are the only part of it that doesn't effect her, so they were left within her memory.
So there you are.

Why?
Because she wouldn't be ready for the information, and with that information, the new seal might break and she could fully revert to her past self.
