Outside of what I've told you, the only other detail is knowing where you want to go. I've given your skeletal leader the means to figure that out, so I'd ask him about that once you know you can. Alternatively though, you can ask someone with more practical experience about it.

That's one of my disposal cell phones I have for accessing the existential internet.
It has unlimited data and should last you about a month or so before it stops working. After that, you'll need to get a legit one with your own money. That aside, I have lists of verified existential hotspots and dimensional hubs bookmarked in it, so I would visit those once you manage to travel by your own will. Of course that will be useless if you can't learn to travel before it expires.

I don't personally know, as it depends on one's ability, how it works, and how you would go about training it.
But for learning to travel, gaining the skill to sense the multi dimensional fabric is key, especially if you don't want to land someplace where you'll just cease existing.

Flicker better give these guys the Tier Four "don't go anywhere that's going to get you killed" lesson if she's going to provide them with a method of unlimited interdimensional travel =P

Being coy isn't going to cut it, since you wouldn't have been dragged along for no reason.
That aside, I would advise the strongest of you to try and develop your own way of dimension hopping with your powers and that all of you to start practicing your abilities again, seeing as your previous limits are likely higher then they were back in your home dimension, though that means they'll be that much harder to reach.
