I see. You know, while this place might not have dimensions, I do think I could "leave" here quite easily. I mean, all it would take is simply unmaking this avatar of mine and withdrawing the small portion of myself that you currently interact with back into my home on the ninth dimensional plane.

"That's a pretty convenient option, though I doubt terminating our sense of self to leave is as much of an option for us lower dimensional beings."
"Regardless, would you like to get going?"
<Snipped quote by Stabby>

Hmm... interesting.

"I actually got really confused and ended up with an upset stomach after being stuck here for 2 years."
"Hence why I told you to hold onto my hand."

In reference to the last line, at least, Existence has what are called Complexity Layers that build upon each other, and this could exist at a lower one. So if you could "look" at the layers, on ours you might see a human, but on a higher layer you might see a network of interconnected systems.

Then I think this would be close to being a foundational layer that might connect to different parts of existence that have an alternative concept to what we call dimensions.

Honestly this is such an abstract concept that I'm having a hard time explaining it lol.
I wouldn't be surprised if this ended up confusing someone.

*I "assume" a pensive stance, though such terms are inaccurate in this place* So what you're saying is that this place is so low on the dimensional scale, it simultaneously has both no space and all space at the same time?

"Not quite. This place from what I've observed seemingly has a sense of space, as you can still move about it and gain a sense of knowing how to get where you want to go."

"But because it has no dimensions, it has no directions to speak of, and you instead just appear and dissappear randomly within the space when you move."

"Let me show you."
*Manifests the concept of an energy matter spear in front of us. The moment I have it move, it appears to just randomly appear in the space around us, sometimes even moving outside our perception range. I dispel it if/when it gets close again.*

"Because of how this space works, I can't even verify that that was the same spear I made every time we perceived it. Heck, I can't even verify that it doesn't just cease existing for moments at a time."

*I project the mental equivalent of a shudder at you as best I can in this strange place* Terrifying... though- *I pause briefly* -not entirely unpleasant. Hmm...perhaps I might ascend to this level of existence as well. The possibilities for adventure and exploration here are... endless.

*Projects a laugh.*
"Well, feel free to ask me for a trip here whenever you feel like it."
"Also the word you might want to use is decend, though it's debatable if either one of those two fits what the experience actually is."
@Stabby
So how does this travel work considering Fenris is a being that exists in the ninth dimension and creates less powerful avatars throughout the lower dimensions in order to interact with its peoples?

Well, I would imagine that without dimensional limits, it might feel like there's an abnormally large amount of room to stretch within it's avatar, and can comfortably fit more of itself within it.
But at the same time it would be thrown off kilter by the absense of the reliable stability a dimensional fabric provides.
Of course, should it choose to add more of itself to the avatar and leave it there as it returns to the third dimensional layer, the avatar will likely be affected.
In fact, I will bet that it might go through some kind of process or experience should it's creator attempt to keep that extra amount of themself in their avatar.

An idea I have is that maybe you could liken it to a higher dimensional version of the process tier threes go through in becoming tier fours if you want? Of course it's your character, so it'll be interesting to see what you come up with.

What do the rest of you think about this?
I'm asking because it would be interesting to hear how this might fit into existence.
<Snipped quote by Stabby>

*I nod* Got it. I shall commit this avatars current appearance, clothing, items, and sense of self to my memory.

*Blinks for a moment, then nods, grabbing your hand.*
Here we go.
*When I fall through the floor this time, you fall with me and feel your avatar's physical, dimensional body dispersing as it's left behind.
As the sensation of falling ends you perceive both me and your avatar's bodies as representing their senses of self, and our clothes and other objects on them as concepts. Looking around, you can perceive a shifting, chaotic void surrounding us, and can feel how nothing has a fixed connection on this plane of existence, allowing for interesting interactions.*

*I "speak" a moment later, and it becomes clear that it's a thought being projected at you.*
"So, how does it feel to exist without dimensions?"
<Snipped quote by Stabby>

*Chuckles* Simultaneously terrified and excited. Never been in a non-dimensional space or realm before. None of my people have.

Sounds about right. I don't think I've ever run into someone else who's as used to it as I am.
But before we go, the number one thing you need to keep in mind is your own mind and what's on your person, as physical matter will dissappear if you don't recognize it as what it is while your there.
Also, number two is don't let go of my hand.
Got it?
<Snipped quote by Stabby>

*I nod* That should be fine. Just make sure it isn't the same one I imprisoned Ma'lor on. Him escaping, weak as he is when compared to me now, would have disastrous consequences for the lower planes.

... I doubt that will be a problem, as I wasn't paying attention at the time.
So worse comes to worse, it'll be by pure chance.
By the way, how do you feel about traveling through a non-dimensional space?
<Snipped quote by Stabby>

I assume you have your own suggestions for places we could go?

I do, but I was just asking to be polite, since I'm more of the challenger and you the challengie. But if you'd like, I'll just take us to a remote planet.
