Also on another note, I can probably help somewhat with this part by scavenging any loose materials you'll need. But you'll have to grab them at least once before the inner world day is over, or else they'll return to where I found them.

Whatever you can get that will be useful. I built myself a nice house out of wood in my inner world. And it will feel like a long time, but this linked mindspace is actually being processed a lot faster then the outside world. Right now though, you need to be taking care of yourself regardless of whatever other plans you have.

Just anyplace that you feel comfortable setting up camp at.
This is your inner world, so I doubt you'll have much trouble finding a spot.
I would definitely suggest scavenging for materials to set up camp with once you've found a location you like though.

Finding a spot where you want to set up a "base of operation", a camp, a home. From there, you need to get familiar with your inner world so that you have a stronger connection to it and a basic understanding of it, and that involves knowing your strengths, weaknesses, and limits.

After all, you could technically go out and collect a bunch of fragments, but it wouldn't do you much good anytime soon because you won't be able to do anything with them until you make the necessary progress.

In short, you need to take the time to get familiar with who you currently are, before you can take steps forward.
