AW, thank you! However, I have a request - it would be beneficial for the RP if you at least gave the characters movement. People haven't posted in weeks because they can't...they need independence in order to improve activity. Perhaps send a PM to everyone notifying their newfound mobility, and move the plot along a bit.

EDIT - I'll post, do tell me if I need to tone down a bit on the flowery-ness. I'm going to try and keep it short and sweet in this RP.

Username: Stitches | Pure Name: Healing | Nickname: Hylia

Personality:
♫ Weak/Delicate
♫ Seemingly Apathetic (Shows very little regard for emotion and personality in herself and other people)
♫ Graceful
♫ Optimistic
♫ Fearful
♫ Somewhat independent, still relies on friends.

Healing happens to be one of the stranger essences. Whenever she manifests, she seems to retain an otherworldly sense around her - a feeling of detachment from the rest of the world. She isolates herself with the other Essences now, and focuses solely on the mission at hand. Like a flower, she will constantly bloom, but is very weak or delicate and takes wounds worse than, for example, Justice might take.

Once, she used to be bright and energetic and lively, constantly boosting the Essences' morale. She used to be excited to destroy corruption, and met many people with whom she would become friendly with; perhaps more than friends at some points, especially if the 'mission' took decades to complete. But, as time wore on, a darkness started to settle into Healing's heart - a darkness she could feel, stirring within her.

It sapped at her personality. She became cold, something incredibly graceful yet separating herself from everything else with some sort of invisible wall. She no longer whizzed around like the excited girl she used to be - she matured into an emotionless being, yet still shows signs of her steadfast, everlasting optimism - the one thing that never changed within the Essence.

In truth, Healing is fearful - she's afraid of what is to come. She demands that the other Essences call her by her pure name, she doesn't get into contact with anything else. She has become somewhat independent, almost wary of the other Essences. She retains a distance, but she still relies on her friends to comfort her on those rare moments when she needs it. Most of the time, she is thinking and pondering over fate, and what is to come.

Example Post: Very big post

Do we get any magical powers in this RP - and are they 'in moderation' types of spells? In the sense of 'You can have anything you like, but be sure to keep it realistic'?

I'm not used to such a small Character Sheet, see....

We're going to turn into humans eventually, right? Also, can I reserve something?
I'm hoping it'll be very freeform, and that we can attack whatever we like, possibly bump into other groups and convene for the final boss. Its up to the GM though.
We've got odd numbers. However, speed is required now - I'd expect a CS finished to acceptable standards and an IC post up in a matter of days, since we are all itching to move on. It'll balance out the numbers too.

...That is literally the same observation I made when I first joined.

Russet is pretty well adjusted, he's a simple guy from a farming family. Only grim part is that his family's farm is failing but the situation's gotten better recently.

TEWNN doesn't give a damn about those with sad back-stories, for he truly has no soul. I'm sure Russet and TEWNN should stick together, then.
Is....is there any character here who doesn't have a grim past? Seems like the Adventurers guild has some deep-seated trauma that should be treated with therapy.
Dat post, Dipper.

Nicki is going to be friends with two people who are bitter enemies. Then again, Risty's pals with Caelum (ish), so...I guess we're even.

Well, if Stitches' posts Espurr's reply to Willow, I could have Willow turn around, explain what is happening to the new recruits, get them together in their teams and then I can say "We're off to the Mystery Dungeon now!"

I was going to have Espurr steal the Evee's book for himself but if we're going straight into a dungeon then he won't. Instead he'll just be...weird for a bit.
Espurr rather ferociously shook the piece of parchment under Willow's nose - it seemed that, despite everything, he still wanted to join with a burning passion. Whether or not he understood (or read) people's thoughts seemed to be impossible to tell from his expression, which was its usual blank-eyed glassy stare. The very moment Espurr was certain that Willow got the message, he stopped waving around the grubby piece of paper and looked around at the other members of the adventurer's guild.

There was an Evee and a Rhyhorn talking with each other by one of the shelves, a Zorua and a Honedge sulking somewhere further in the library, along with a Turtwig, and a Furrett. Thus far, there wasn't a psychic type at all; he seemed to be completely on his own. Again, it was impossible to figure out if this pleased or upset Espurr just from looks alone.

Oddly enough, instead of rushing off to make friends, Espurr sat down on the floor beside Willow and stared very intently at the piece of paper that composed the advertisement. The only visible movement he made was the slight, steady rise and fall of his chest to prove that he was still awake and alive, and the flicking of his blank eyes as he read and re-read the scrap of paper over and over and over again.
