Making a CS for the one, as so people will know their power-level, and will know when, and if, they could ever fight them. They are meant to be defeated by a large group of people, each one powerful. The One won't act unless a character of extreme power is threatening Tor-6 in general. Don't worry about them showing up and killing people...they will wait for their challengers to face them.

Appearance: Unknown. They speak though proxy to the public, so their true form has never been revealed.
Abilities:
A.O.S. aka Adaptive Obliteration Strike: The one is able to create massively powerful energy blasts, and fire them. The energy making up this attack can be changed by The One, and as such, can be used on many different creatures. This blast, at full power..can level a solar system.
Apparent Magic Immunity: In the only recorded event where the One had to fight themselves, magical attacks did nothing to them. How this ability works, and if there is a way to defeat it, is unknown. However, that does not mean this ability is not disreputable.
"This may kill you!": Moving as fast as possible, The One appears right beside their target, moving faster than any human could truly predict. Once there, they push a blast of energy right into their target, aiming to blow them to bits.
Ultimate Sacrifice: If all else fails, the One can blow themselves up like a star, causing a huge explosion at their place of death. This explosion can decimate multiple solar systems.... but the One will surely parish in the explosion...right?
