Danilo was pleased he got a small laugh from Béatrix at his introduction. Mia came from the back and Danilo planed to great her nicely as well. It was Tholo that made the dragon wonder what was happening, stopping him in his action. Dan tilted his head watching his wolf friend interact with the male. The dragon had to replay what he said in his head. He was positive he said for Solenne to be the singer, maybe Tholo misunderstand his words, going for the idea of marrying him. Well sadly that was now not possible if the way Mia was rubbing Sollenes back meant anything. She was clearly telling the world he was hers and who ever touches him will have their head bitten off.

As a dragon with experience he was more than happy to respect that type of signals.

He was about to shrug it off, but the two didnt drop it and Beatrix added fuel to the fire. He was more than determent to question Tholo if he did had a passionate night with Sollenes. He didnt like feeling like was missing the first act of a theater piece.

"Well lovely chat and all but I can't stick around, you know vamps and weres just don't mix,Danilo I'll be outside when your done."

That was even weirder for the Dragon to hear. Huffing he called after his friend back. ''Its 21th century! Leave the bad blood in the past and move with modern times...'' His friend already out the cafe, as if he was running away and Danilo shock his head looking at Mia. '' I mean really modern times, no one will start killing each other just because of race... Humans did a lot of effort in showing a example in this anti racism things, right? ''

He completely went over the question, about what he wanted. Now that Tholo escaped the Sundae Dan wanted to make him try out, he wasnt all too pleased. He started to pout, hands crossing over his chest. Well it lasted for several seconds, until Solenne spoke towards his old friend.

“Say Trixy...it couldn't be that the pup Bartholomew is the name etched across your wrist….could it?”

That flipped the switch in the dragons mind and mood. The redhead looked at the woman adn than looked at the grinning old friend of hers, he looked back at her. Who cared about anything, his best friends soulmate was in front of him. She didnt get a chance to open her mount to say a word, as Danilo with speed only used to get away from his siblings he hugged Beatrix in a not escaping bear hug. Dragons could cling, and he was clinging. Call it fear from having his friend missing his soulmate just like him...

''This is great!'' Danilo declared already being on a happy train. ''Wonderful! I am so having a piece of talk with Tholo for hiding that his day was coming up.'' He was overjoyed, and with it he went on like on a sugar rush.

''He needs a nice, understanding soulmate. Someone who can relate with him. He can be a bit of stubborn and such but he is having a soft side as well. As his friend, I am making you twos wedding cake. And I am not taking a no, my collages would kill to put such a attractive woman in a wedding dress. We will make it a fairy tale worth of experience.'' He blabbered on not releasing her.

''Oh! He must be looking for you outside! Come, come you two cannot miss each other. '' He pulled at her, looking at Mia and giving her wide grin. ''This is a soulmate cafe.'' He was determed to drag the female vampire to his wolf friend and make them have a date. He planned to drink his sorrow away with Tholo, but he couldnt be possible so selfish and not let him have his sweet time with his soulmate. Dan silently wondered if the two would be angry if he stalk them to see how cute of a pair they will be...

The car ride was nice, looking at his gloves, he enjoyed the motion. Then Tholo asked him his till yesterday favorite question. He imagined so many possibilities... Danilo chuckled.
''Hm.. I... think I ont really have a answer anymore. I imagined a person in need for a friend, a soulmate ready to hug me till my bones crack. Imagined a soulmate who would be all up with me going a wimp to lend out a hot air balloon and sail over the Central Park.Yesterday I even day dreamed about them car crashing into me.'' He laughed, adding casually that he hoped Tholo do not car crash into his soulmate. He wants them in one piece, and dragons can be quite scary when angry. A chuckle following that statement, showed the joking of him. After a brief stop on the red light Danilo changed his tone to a more thoughtful one. Answering the question a new.

''Maybe a person who is in hurry, someone who works a lot? Economy maybe? Or lawyers? They hurry all the time too. Or someone Invisible. ''

The car parked and Tholo cheered Danilo up with the hopeful words of that maybe they would run into his soulmate...Only Danilo silently added how would he recognize them now? Now that the burn wouldnt alert him? Positive and hopeful.
He entered the cafe beside his friend giving a glance over the place, hoping to find someone who would fit the description he gave a few minutes ago. Not finding anything from interest in that department he looked at his friend and grinned wider.

''Thats the person I told you about. The singing guy. I will introduce you two. Maybe he can sing on your wedding? ''
Danilo got Tholo word that he would be the one making the cake if the werewolf ever go to have a wedding. So in his mind it wasnt too far fetched to organised a singer while at it, as well. And the dragon waved at the table, as the singer was with his back to them with a lady he decide to call out while he approach. Manners, right?

''Hey~. ...Solenne'' Danilo called out after a moment of remembering the name. He was up beside the table in few steps smiling wide. '' Hope you taken good care of Delilah friend. Is that your sister?'' Danilo looked at the company he was seated in. Spinning his staff once, taking his hat with the other he made a gracious bow at the woman. ''Its a pleasure to meet you. '' Returning his hat back on the orange red locks he added. ''Ah I am sorry for interrupting but wanted to introduce you to my friend Tholo, here.'' Danilo grinned, turning his eyes to find where his friend was at the moment.

''Oh taking the car sounds great.'' Dan nodded liking the idea of being driven around. He should really get around into passing the driving test.Not that it was hard, far from it. He just didnt got around to do it, being busy enough to travel the world, and learning for his carrier. One doesnt need a car while working on a ship, and one can meet all kinds of people when you hitch rides across the country. He wasnt in too much hurry getting around, either. Lucky he was pleased with the public transport of NY, as well.

Danilo bite into his meat with a happy hum, satisfied he cooked it right. Flushing the meat with his hot chocolate, somehow that went along on his taste buds, he added.
''We should make a stop to that one cafe, I often visit it, they have nice sweets. We could take some out for later? I fail to remember did I ever drag you to a sundae, Tholo?'' Dan tilted his head in thought working on the breakfast, while he tried to revisit his memory.

''Oh yesterday it was really lively in it too. The waitress from there Delilah friend, I have mentioned her to you did I? Da, her friend found her soulmate. It was so romantic. The guy even went all singing for my lady way. It was like watching a real life musical. Only thing lacking were dancers in the background. He even drag into a duet a human dating a siren, of course the siren didnt sung. Still Mia, the waitress name, she was such a happy girl...'' He wistfully sighed. He would be telling lies if he wouldnt admit that he was a tiny bit jealous at the luck the girl had. Not only she meet and got to talk to her soulmate but one could all but see the sparkles of true love float all around them. It was such a inspirational view. All he got was a fleeting bump by his soulmate, not even a face...maybe he scared them off?

He drunk the rest off his chocolate. Fate will make their roads cross again, he hoped. '' Maybe Delilah has some gossip she gonna share as well. Wouldnt mind to her if her friend got a kiss of true love or not yet. '' He chuckled licking his plate clean off any souse on it. He eyed it for a few moments. ''Lets leave the washing up for later shall we? You car, you drive.'' Dan announced picking the plates to leave for later cleaning. Soon too follow up his friend to the car.

His friend changed forms, that looked amusing. Now that humhum knew that for a fact he accepted it as a fact as simple as that. He hummed a curious tone at hearing declaration of war.

''I was once mmm on a battle field mmm... lots of shiny mmm thing mhm mhm and lot of dead. mmm. I was told that mmm is sad hm? '' He asked as if he wanted to get a confirmation of what is considered sad and what not. People could be so confusing for Humhum at times. Well his friend was human, at least not by the standards he saw until now. Maybe he didnt knew it either?

'' Do you know all the others who are part of this campaign? The sooner we find out, the sooner we can look for them and start the assassinations. ''

His friend asked him and the harpy tilted his head. '' Mmmm, no I wasnt intrested. mhm. I only want mmm them to be mmm not mmmmean to mmmme. We should ask mhm! mhm! The girls gossiping mmmhm! Gossips mmm know it all mhmhm!''

He happily hummed pointing to two girls he saw looking around for something. They did screamed "ANY ONE SEE DOG HERE?" just a few moments ago.

Danilo had awaited something along the lines of boring day or nothing special, but when his friend started with a Buddy not even close Dan raised his head slightly focusing his attention more on the werewolf in the room. Listening he wondered what woman could have made the day so bad? He wouldnt pry...well.. he wouldnt pry now and not on a empty stomach. Maybe later it would be a interesting conversation?

''Here and now sounds good. Gonna make that breakfast. '' The dragon hummed slightly moving over to the kitchen and starting by taking out the dishes out with knowing motion of someone who had more then just a few times used the kitchen in question. He didnt mind filling the time he was working with more or less meaningless chatter about the weather. Hopefully not rainy, he really was not the dragon for the rain. About some of the weird TV shows.
''Do you think the TV is getting more weirder each day? '' and the similar. Danilo wouldnt paid much attention even if he wasnt receiving any answers, talking to yourself wasnt anything that weird to begin with. Well at least for Dan it wasnt.

Soon enough Danilo failed, silent as he stopped talking in favor of quicker finishing the cooking. Deciding against the use of the oven he used his own fire to roast the food. Taking deep breaths and breathing out careful steaks of fire. He was proud that he never set a kitchen on fire....yet. The smell spread across the house, a wordless invitations and the dragon served the meal on the table just a bit of a hour after he arrived. Perfect breakfast time.

A cup of warm chocolate in hand as he sat to enjoy himself. AS if remembering something Danilo stopped half sip.

''Say.... I was thinking but... what do we do until we go to the bar? Bars are closed this early in the day?'' Picking on of the lamb chops he took a deep breath in savoring the nice smell of it. The other meat was just the way Dan learned Tholo liked.

He patiently waited the girl to tell what she had, it would be rude and not charming to interrupt her. Once she was done he gave her a thoughtful look. He may have no brains for science but he was good with people, enough to be now smiling a little bit different than charming. ''My dear, I wouldnt be the man of honor I am now if I wouldnt be able to see what your heart desire~''

He send her a kiss, it was good he wore today pants and not a mini skirt.

''I can offer you to be the head of science department~ This school needs one.'' He took her hand in his and started trailing circles on the back of it. '' As such your responsibility would be allowing and suggesting experiments and test, and the students of this school would have to obey, assist and help out how ever you see fit. As long as you dont go breaking my favorites the school can be your lab~ I would allow and ensure you get the needed funding~'' He gave her hand a kiss, everything around them looked magically romantic. He let go and the magically romantic was gone and Neven leaned on the wall, giving a wink to her. Hoping he made a too delicious offer for her not to bite. NaNa would be his vice president, Sylvia the head of science now he only needed the money keeper who would support him and head of security. Obliviously his own security.

Humhum

Humhum hummed. Fluke was different but in a way the harpy concluded it was the same thing. So he silently stared at the other antics. He wondered why did the other got so distracted, but mostly Humhum was passively watching. He had always such strange friends if a talking land shark, philosophy loving blob fish and a angel with a fear of flying were anything to go by.

It was at the tenth girlish scream, caused by skirt lifting, that he fly and landed beside the big drooling bunny.

'' The stand for sing ups mmmh are in that direction mhm, you have to fill out a formmmmmmular and sing a few hm things before you are officially in mhm.'' Next thing he nudged the big bunny towards the stands the personal working on it just looked up boredly. They saw a lot of weird things so much nothing could surprise them anymore.

''He wants to run mmmhmmm for president mhm mhm mhmmmm~'' Humhum told the person who just gave out a paper to fill in. ''No drooling on the fill out, fill it out in a language spoken by the masses and do not ask for extra space, no turning paper alive. Have a nice day.''

The person spoke and humhum took the paper and offered it to big bunny Fluke. ''Hmmm here. '' Humhum smiled.
