That's the level of mine; I used her a few times before the site reboot but a measure of power (if DBZ even applies since it's so subjective) would be pre-Super Saiyan 2 Gohan. Although all things being equal in the grand scheme of things, with Frieza being the 'strongest in the universe' at the time (minus Birus and Broly, who isn't even canon) I'd say she can give Final Form Frieza a run for his money.

Well, she could kill Broly so I guess that definitely means Frieza is weaker... but then he'd blow up the planet...

ANYWAY...
